I am currently scearching for answers to some off the beaten trail questions about my health. My immediate healthcare team decided to enlist several different specialist to help with the puzzle. Dr. Menon was extremely personable, and very informative. I did not feel rushed, and she answered my questions in a way i could understand. She is the best!! Thanks Dr. Menon

I have been going to Dr. Menon for many years. She is always polite, always smiles and listens. She is always on top of my treatment and continues to amaze me in using lab work to diagnose me with my multiple issues before the symptoms even appear. Her staff is also very polite and return calls pretty quickly.

I left another rheumatologist in the Memphis/Germantown area to see this Dr. I have been seeing Dr. Menon for a few months now and she is awesome. She has an excellent bedside manner. She was thorough and concerned about my well being. Infusion staff and front office staff are wonderful as well. The wait time has never been more than a total of 15-20 minutes on a busy day.

Dr Menon referred us to a dermatologist Patel wasn't available so we saw Dr Gordon in the same office. He did a biopsy and the cream and med prescribed does not work so now we are stuck again with the same leg issues. The cream was over $600 for the first tube and $1200 for the next. Not happy patients about the outcome. We were not told to return to Dr Menon so a dead end again.

Dr. Menon and her staff are fabulous. I have the utmost confidence in her to treat and manage my RA. Phone messages are returned quickly and I don't wait long for an appointment. I am a tricky case and she is always optimistic about treatments, which puts me at ease.
