I go here weekly for B12 injections and recently had a Morpheus 8 procedure done to reduce the appearance of my submental flab. Everyone here is super friendly, informative, and focused on the comfort of their patients. I am a regular, and I will remain a regular for as long as I’m in town!

I would like to thank Carla Coffee and Advanced Weight Loss And Wellness for giving me back control of my life. Before receiving testosterone I was always tired and did not care if I got out of my recliner. Since, I have more energy, able to perform my chores at home and make time for the gym every morning before work. I have less joint pain and able to put muscle mass on as in my 20’s. I cannot thank Mrs. Coffee and her staff enough. I would not change this experience. Thank you Daniel Kidd

The Semiglutide program has been exceptional for me. Originally I was borderline diabetic, high cholesterol and overweight; since being on this program I have lost 20 lbs, my A1C dropped considerably, and cholesterol dropped to the 170’s. I am no longer borderline diabetic, and cholesterol not a concern anymore! I highly recommend the Semiglutide program!
