Great services and they really care about their clients

This newer location is more spacious with plenty of off the street parking

Never been to this location. Suppose to do a lot of good in the community

They really help my therapist and my doctor with my meds. They listen to what I say. Only complaint I have is I need to see my therapist more than once a month. But the therapist have to many paitents. Oh and my case manager is absolutely amazing

If you ever have a billing issue with these people good luck. The woman I spoke with managed to be rude argumentative and sarcastic in the span of a threeminute phone call. I ended up getting help fixing the issue but the disrespect and poor manners were not appreciated. I dont think mental health patients should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

Nobody ever answers the phone

The case load that is put on the therapists is a bit overwhelming there are too many clients for the two therapists they have. If you have to reschedule an appointmentas an established client then it may be months before you get another appointment regardless of how often you have already been going.The therapists themselves are great but the demands from corporate makes things difficult for the clients to get the attention and care they need.My children had been going to HRM for almost a year and had never missed an appointment until my work schedule changed making me have to reschedule their July appointment which will make it 4 months that they havent been seen. They were supposed to be going every two weeks and they werent scheduled again until october.

This place really helps people

I find it very hard to make an appointment. I have medicare Blue CrossBlue Shield insurances and could not get an appointment for 5 months HELP

Great case management friendly staff very helpful.
