Son D. Le's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Le has always shown compassion. He has never hurried my procedures and neither has any of the PA's I've seen. I have been a patient for about 5 years. It's always been good visits. Yes, sometimes things happen that slows visits down but it's only happened twice in 5 years, and I see him every month. Some of the remarks here are unbelievable, like the man who has gone thru 5 pain doctors and comes to tell Dr. Le what his last Dr. said to do. Dr. Le does what he thinks is best, not what another dr. says. If you listen to what some say, you can tell they are mad they didn't get what they wanted, not what he would provide.

Dr. Le showed a lack of care and compassion to me. He tried to push his "state of the art procedures" even though I was not a good candidate. My surgeon advised me I was not a good candidate and his response was "who is treating you "me or your surgeon?" .You should be allowed to get consults for the best care possible. Not here. He showed a total disregard for human life.

I had been going to Dr. Le for years I broke my back I had two back surgeries. I have a plate in my neck and a right shoulder implant. I had left shoulder and hand surgeries. I was very disappointed when I was told "get a procedure and we will continue your meds-if not you will be weaned off" I told the doctor my surgeon said I would not be a good candidate. Chelsea the Medical Assistant that helps Dr. Let is the bomb!! I am having the spinal cord stimulator put in and the Dr I am supposed to see wasn't clear with messages and she fought with insurance too. The whole staff is AMAZING

Wouldn't recommend. Every visits is a 2- 3 hour wait in waiting room and examine room before see someone. Took 90 days to even a doctor after third appointment. In the last 112 days, they have done nothing to address any issues. As well, as continually getting the run around when trying to schedule future appointments. Will be canceling tomorrows appointment. What a waste of four months.

In short horrible. I’ve had chronic pain since 1994 when I was hurt on the job. I’ve had about 4 pain doctors in that time. I went to him when the doctor who had been treating me for the last 10 years closed there doors. He was one of the doctors that was recommended to me. At the first appointment I was treated like I was beneath his contempt. I have never seen a more egotistical, non-compassionate, non caring doctor with a God complex than him. I had been on disability, which I received on the first application, since 08. I told him that I had already been approved for a spinal stimulator before my prior doctor closed down. He was completely dismissive and said that I needed a pain pump. I told him that I would have to think about it and do some research. He just about went ballistic and basically dismissed me. All of this occurred in about 5 minutes. I wound up leaving his office knowing that I would be looking elsewhere for a pain doctor. Sorry excuse for a doctor.

If you are in pain you must go see Dr. Le. For several years I was in pain, limping badly, not being able to be my normal busy self. My chiropractors and doctors finally said I needed a hip replacement...I couldn’t do it. So glad I found Dr. Le. I am virtually pain free, I have my life back!
