Terrible care, poor communication, likely fraud. If I could rate this experience less than a 1, I would. I brought my toddler in for a possible ear infection. They took forever to see us (no one else in the clinic at the time), did several procedures unrelated to an ear infection and when questioned, the staff said it was required to bill insurance. I was told my child was fine, they gave me some papers and I left. When I actually looked at the papers they handed me on the way out, it assigned a severe diagnosis that the doctor never discussed with me. I called back to ask about the difference in what I was told and the Patient Summary I was given and was again told they wanted to bill insurance for the diagnosis given (it paid higher than an ear infection code). I still don't know if my child is actually sick or if they are just trying to defraud insurance.

I started feeling sick on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I felt like it was just a cold and a sinus infection, but I wanted to make sure I didn’t have COVID-19 and I wanted to get to feeling better ASAP. I was given a steroid and antibiotic and started to feel better that same day. I like the online check in process. I was seen right away and the staff were helpful and caring.

Quick service; very efficient. I went on a Sunday evening, and I was in and out in a hour. Very clean and nice facility. All of the staff were pleasant and easy to talk with.

Made me pay 130 and the doctor going to tell me there’s nothing he can do go to the er well refund me my money

Showed up with my child crying in pain due to a possible ear infection 30 minutes before closing because that is when the problem started. Was told that due to there would be a wait time they couldn’t see him because they would close before they were ready for him. There was no compassion or thought for my sick child.

My child very suddenly had severe ear pain, crying the entire 40 minute drive to this supposed urgent care. We showed up 30 minutes before closing to an empty waiting room to be told that he couldn’t be seen before they closed. They suggested we bring him back in the morning. There was no compassion for my obviously distraught child. Patient care is obviously not the priority at this facility

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE FRONT DESK AND NURSES. Went in for an X-ray on my knee after an accident and they literally made me feel like I was in my living room.

Like so many places these days they were under staffed, but the staff here is very friendly and once you get going it went well. Just be patient with them. FYI
