Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry At Mt. Juliet's Online Review Report Card

My Daughters have been going to Zoo Crew, for years. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences. Ashley is THE best. I have a Daughter with special needs, and she always makes her feel so comfortable, safe and loved. She goes above and beyond. We are thankful for Our Zoo Crew!

I scheduled an appointment on January 27th at the Lebanon office and confirmed it thru text on that Monday the 22nd. When I got at the Lebanon office they said I never confirmed but showed them the confirmation text. They had to call the surgeon several times to get him in...my son needed his bottom wisdom teeth out and pretty much bothered at night and had a hard time sleeping from the pain and now they are pulling this crap saying I never confirmed...we waited over 2 hours to have this done for my son's wisdom teeth.

I would give them no stars! We have been going to this place for over 20 years with our kids and today was just MANY of issues we have had. They are incompetent, EXTREMELY rude, never on time and couldn't care less about your concerns. They literally made my child bawl her eyes out and told my husband they should go before my daughter was embarrassed by them any further! They admitted to embarrassing her!!! A CHILD!!!!! Run as far as you can from here!!!

Best care ever! Dr. Larson is the best I absolutely adore her. I recommend bringing your child here.  Great atmosphere and great service. I will keep my children here hands down.

It was our first experience as parents taking our toddler to the dentist. My wife was anxious, but her feelings were comforted by the awesome team at Zoo Crew. The check in process was seamless and I appreciated filling out all of the new client paperwork digitally (hooray for saving paper). The waiting room was extremely entertaining for the kiddos with two separate climbing treehouses. Dr. Tuzzio was great! He was very thorough and offered us some great tips to help us continue to support our son's healthy oral hygiene. I would definitely recommend Zoo Crew, especially for first time like us.

I cannot adequately express how awesome Dr. Tuzzio and the Zoo Crew staff members are. My granddaughter had a dental procedure done and Dr. Tuzzio was the most patient, caring health care professional ever. He was soft spoken, engaging, and treated Abby like she was the only patient in the building. He made her feel comfortable, talked directly to her, and made sure the experience was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend him to anyone with children for the best professional treatment.

HOW CAN YOU BE IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU DON'T CARE!My boys have been going here for a few years now.  We missed our last appt and I was unable to get back on the books in a timely fashion (primarily due to conflicts in my own schedule).  So I took them to a friend's office, because they could get them in right away.  While the other office took great care of my babies, it's not ideal for me to travel to Hendersonville for their dental needs.  After their appt I called Zoo Crew in Mt. Juliet to schedule an appt.  The representative said her name was ANGELA.  She asked for their info, pulled up one chart and said "So, they were last seen in August... oh no, you didn't show up for that, so you wanna get them scheduled?"  I thought that comment was strange, but it didn't bother me until after the conversation had ended.  I informed her that they needed to be scheduled 6 months out because they were just seen today.  She said, well if we schedule it in 6 months you may be responsible for the bill, because some insurance companies allow visits every 6 months, while others allot 2 visits per calendar year.  I said oh, I understand, well you would know more about that than I do so just let me know.  Angela's response was, "Well it's your insurance plan!"  I immediately asked to speak with the office manager, she refused, stating that she could help me with my needs.  At that time I explained how rude, disrespectful, and lazy that comment was.  She was totally unbothered.  I could tell she felt justified in her actions, not offering any apologies.  I was extremely disgusted by her natural affinity to treat others so unkind.  I would NOT recommend this office to anyone that I know, because no one should be made to feel like they are worthless. Furthermore the point she was trying to make was irrelevant since it is October 2018 and 6months from now will be a new year.

Dr tuzzio ( I believe is how u spell it) is AMAZING with my 4 year old son. Today he needed to get caps put on his teeth and dr tuzzio was extremely professional with him. He treats these little patients like actual people which some places treat them like kids and talk mainly to the parents. He seen My kid was nervous at first so he says to My kid "you know you're gonna have the coolest teeth ever you get to have iron man teeth!" My son asked for captain America teeth and dr tuzzio said that was a great idea and that he could in fact do captain America shields for teeth. Y'all.....my son is the happiest child in the world because he without a doubt believes he has captain America shields as his new teeth. He shows them to everyone! All of the staff are extremely sweet. The dr explained everything in detail to me before making any decision. He told me the pros and cons to having these caps vs fillings. I highly recommend this place. I love this place so much I drive an hour for every appointment. It's very hard to find a child's dentist that isn't "scary". This one is perfect

I took my daughter yesterday to the mt Juliet office everyone is amazing very professional my daughter had 2 tooth and 2 teeth extracted everyone made sure she was in a comfort zone, love this place.thank you Zoo Dentistry for all the attention.
