I have had Type one Diabetes since 1966. I thought I had the best care at a Famous Teaching Health Care facility in Nashville until I heard and spoke to Dr Couch. Dr Couch has taken my A1C of 7.1 and gotten it down to 6.6 in 6 months. He was able to increase my kidney function from 31% to 36% in the same time period His initial testing of blood work was also much more extensive than the teaching hospital. Overall my health is getting better and it will cost me less. He also takes time with me like my childhood Doctor. I highly recommend Dr Coach and the MDVIP program. Dr Couch and the MDVIP program are able to spend more time taking care of patients than our current U S health care system that is moving to a impersonal socialized system.

Dr Couch is an amazing physician and I completely trust him to provide the best care for myself and my young children. It makes a world of difference to have access to him directly 24 hours a day especially with young kids

Dr. Couch and one of his staff Mallory really helped us out during our recent vacation out of the country. My wife was ill and needed antibiotics. Dr. Couch and Mallory were very patient and helpful to work with the local pharmacy to get us the right prescription. It made us really appreciate having Dr. Couch as our family physician.
