This is the best hearing place in the world. The office staff could NOT be more helpful They are the BEST. Dr. Gnewikow is truly wonderful. You know he is there for you and is willing to help and answer any questions. You never feel rushed or out of place. The entire office is fantastic!!!!!!!!!! On a scale from 1 to 10 they are all a 100!!!!!!! 5 stars for sure.

Dr. Gnewikow is the most thorough, knowledgeable and kind doctor I’ve been to in many years. He explained every aspect of my hearing test in detail and, more importantly, what it meant in day-to-day hearing. He listened intently to my questions and took the time to explain without me feeling rushed. His office team is phenomenal and the appointments run on time. And I felt welcome with the friendliness the minute I walked in the door. My appointment there was thoroughly enjoyable and I HIGHLY recommend Advanced Hearing Solutions! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could 😊.

I went twice to Advanced Hearing Solutions because my hearing aid which was not even purchased through them was not working. Both times they fixed it without charging me anything either time. Then my hearing aid mold was hurting my ear and I ask them if they would make me another one (which would keep me from having to go downtown) and they did so. Of course I had to pay for that, but it was certainly worth it. Great people to work with. Office staff and audiologist were very friendly and professional.

First time at Advanced Hearing, came in to have my ears checked very nice place, professional and knowledge people. I was very pleased.

This was my first visit to Advanced Hearing. The are located in a new building that was very spacious and comfortable. The check in was fast and I was called back to the exam room immediately by the Doctor. He took me thru the entire exam and was very helpful and provided the information I needed and answered all my questions. I would recommend to anyone that needs or has hearing issues.
