Dr Cook did both of my knee replacements and I couldn't be happier than I am now. 40 years of knee pain due to football injury, gone. He and his team are amazing. I highly recommend this practice.
I have met Dr. Maryniw, Dr Eby and a few others. Came there once for terrible sciatica and another time with knee pain. Absolutely most professional and knowledgeable physicians I have ever encountered. We are extremely lucky to have them in our area. Left there pain free both times.
Dr. Cook and all his staff have been great , at each location I had to go through out my surgery.
I just had trigger finger surgery by Dr. Maryniw and his team including: Michelle, Jennifer-preop, Heidi, Ariel, Leah, & Tony-operating room, Janice-registration, and Debra-recovery. Everyone was FANTASTIC, professional, and so friendly. Dr. Maryniw did an amazing job on my hand. I highly recommend AOS to anyone needing surgery or therapy.
The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The staff are also nice and helpful. Dr. Erik Maryniw was simply amazing. He always wore a smile and you could tell he genuinely loved his job. He looked at an X-ray of my broken hand and formulated a plan to fix it with ease. The day of the surgery he was laughing, calm, and confident and I felt like my hand was in great "hands" lol. As someone that depends on their hands for a living, I'm very happy I choose AOS.
On March 18, 2024 Dr. Mitul Patel fused my L4-L5. I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain. Dr. Patel and his staff were exceptional with regard to my insurance inquiries and follow up. Dr. Patel, personally, called me to keep me abreast of all responses from my insurance for approval purposes! My surgery was a SUCCESS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Patel!!
Dr Cook is my knee ortho and surgeon, the best in my opinion.
Lee swiderek bedside manner was traumatizing. I scared to go back. Swiderek told me if I didn’t like what he was doing go find another doctor (verbatim).I cried & I’m not a crier. I could not believe any patient could be spoken to & or treated in such an awful manner. I have never experienced anything like this before especially from a doctor in such a profession. What do I do?
I went here with a knee problem and also my neck felt like a crick in it for a few months. First visit Dr. Cook diagnosed a torn meniscus gave me a shot and ordered a MRI for my neck. Second visit with Dr Cook said the MRI results were not back so he did a bunch of x-rays . Third visit with Dr Eby said I have a degenerative disk in my neck and gave me a shot. I think the shots helped but about $2000 for visits and MRI seems a bit high.
This team is absolutely incredible! From the warm greeting by the front desk team to the nurses and doctors. I was so worries about my appointment, but they all put me at ease. I am so thankful to have found AO&S!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
