Allyn Aesthetics's Online Review Report Card

I have recently gotten my eyebrows and eyelashes done by Mallory and she did a fantastic job! I have also gotten a Level 1 Peel from Shea which was absolutely amazing! All of the staff are so kind, and the environment was perfect!

I was a first time client to Allyn and had a really upsetting experience. I went in for a brow wax, Lash lift & tint and a spray tan. I had pretty full and grown out eyebrows to begin with and wanted them shaped and the ends to be a bit straight and not as corned down and I left with half of my eye brow waxed off. The whole tail. GONE. I truly don't know how things got that miscommunicated to where she thought what I wanted was half eye brows. I've had my brows done a million times and this is by far the worst brows I've ever had done. i had been growing out my brows for months in preparation for a big shaping before I go on my first trip to Europe and she completely ruined them. And i go on my trip TOMORROW Secondly, the results from the lash lift and tint were really disappointing. they are not lifted at all and slightly tinted. I really wanted these things done so that I didn't have to worry about wearing too much makeup on my trip but now I will have to worry about doing my eyebrows before going anywhere because they are literally SO SHORT. i don't want to call out the woman that did my wax because she was very kind and refunded me for both the brows and the lashes. but i did feel the need to post a review. this was just so upsetting and I'm extremely disappointed and cant even look at myself in the mirror without wanting to cry because of how terrible they look. I'm really confused as to how she was able to look at the final result and think that was what I wanted. not to mention, the eyebrows don't even match each other in the slightest! I would post the before and after photos but she hasn't sent them to me yet. If you get your brows waxed here make sure to OVER EXPLAIN or just go somewhere else that knows how to wax properly. And dont get a lash lift, it doesn't turn out well.

I was looking into body and skin care in the Mt. Juliet area. Upon viewing their website this is the MOST expensive care I've seen, it's high end pricing, some services $450+. Insane and daunting to a new customer who has had treatments before at the fraction of the cost.

Had the most Wonderful facial with Carmen today at Allyn Aesthetic! She went above and beyond: Neck and shoulder message, and hand and foot massage ! Outstanding! And my skin looks so good! 💜
