Every time i come here they take good care of me and always finding out whats wrong thats why i always come back thanks

Rather than just prescribing eye drops for our childs pink eye we were told to wait a couple days to confirm its bacterial. Its Halloween weekend and we have been looking forward to our toddlers first time to trick or treat. But we were directed to stay away from people in lieu of a quick harmless solution. Typical wait and see approach. These places would rather direct people to make additional trips instead of giving the problem.

I randomly chosen urgent care in Mount Juliet because it was close to home and AFC was my choice because the orthopedic would not see me because of my injury. The building was very clean and convenient to get to the office manager Tara was so incredibly nice and helpful she explained all of the paperwork quickly and thoroughly has not to waste my time and was very genuine with her comical attitude. I did not have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes and upon seeing the doctor Robert he was very informative about injuries that I wasnt even going there to be seen for so much more informative its in the original doctor to where I was able to make a logical choice on what to do with that issue but not just that but the issue at hand and wish I was there for he showed me pictures of other patients and what had happened to them and what they had done to choose their outcome to become well again. The biggest accommodation I must say is that they all work together as a team and everybody knew their job and they all were good at it I would definitely recommend these folks to everybody because I was treated like a person and not a cow with a number around his head. I hope this helps with folks out there if they need an urgent care take care and let these folks take care of you too.

The lady working at the front answering phones at this location was less than helpful until I finally got mad. My son had been seen here and the doctor was going to give us a referral out to another doctor. I called because we never received it. She said I had to bring my son back in. I asked can you not just pull up his record and see that the plan was to do the referral and ask the doctor on record about it since we already did this appointment. I had to explain to her more than once that we are not coming back to do what we already did. It was clear she just did not want to do her job. Finally she gives in and gives me the doctors name and tells me he is at the Hendersonville Location today and to call there. I called Hendersonville and although the doctor wasnt there she immediately pulled my sons records found all info needed and got a message to the doctor. Night and day different experience. I made sure to tell her how much it was appreciated after the lack of help from Mt. Juliet.

I’ve visited the Mount Juliet TN location on 3 occasions all three times I was seen promptly with very little wait time and the staff is top notch. Best walkinurgent care facility in the area Thank you

II moved my daughter to Mt Juliet and the day before I was leaving I cut my calf pretty bad. I was impressed on how fast I was treated and the Dr was so nicestitched me up quick and almost painlessly Im back in NJ but would recommend this office 100%

The staff was very nice and everything went very quickly once we were called back. The office was also very clean and all seats spaced out to keep everyone at a safe distance. This is my go to clinic if my doctor’s office is closed.

Absolutely not. Luckily I’m giving two stars because I understand ratings. But to GIVE OUT SLOTS and to just look at the sick and say come back? No. I went to Vanderbilt walk in clinic instead In and OUT

First time using this facility and I was impressed. I needed four Covid tests for my family. They were extremely busy. but very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend. Great job team and thank you
