I was thrilled when Jonie took over as my provider. She is amazing. But then I had to move out of state quite abruptly and this office refused to provide me with a prescription of my GI medication while I tried to find a new physician where I moved. They do not keep the best interest of their patient in mind.

My first visit to see Kim Felts honestly changed my life. I was listened to and believed and got answers to my issues. I finally started to feel better after 6 or 7 years of being told everything was "normal".

Had a consult appointment at 12:30. Arrived 12:15, took care of the usual paperwork and insurance verification. Promptly at 12:30 the consult process began. Friendly, professional staff and doctor (Calderon). Answered all questions, not rushed at all. Lastly, their Mt. Juliet office is very clean and modern. Overall one of the better medical office visits I can recall.

After 62 years of feeling “failed” by many medical professionals, Joni Vastola has been a God-send to me! She is an amazing practitioner that I feel really cares about my health and well-being. She is very thorough with test/lab results and putting a plan of action in place and incredible at responding back in a very timely manner on the patient portal, which is very refreshing to me, as I feel she is always there for me. I would highly recommend Joni to anyone who is looking for a very attentive, caring medical professional for all their gastrointestinal needs!
