I came in tonight with some sudden onset symptoms and was a little emotional at check-in, Brianne saw that I was starting to cry and pulled me aside and helped me talk through what I was experiencing. Both Brianne and Halee were extremely kind and comforting even though I came in an hour before closing. I honestly felt like a burden after everything came back normal, but Brianne made sure that I didn’t leave feeling like I wasted their time tonight. It was overall a very good experience, and I really appreciate both of their efforts to make sure I felt important and listened to.

Took my wife on Sunday. The provider was arrogant and dismissive. She didn’t even examine my wife. The other staff were nice enough. They drew blood from my wife in the wrong tube so we received no lab results. We only found that out today. They collected our money up front. Poor service for an urgent care center. We were concerned enough to go to an urgent care on Sunday afternoon on a long holiday weekend. We weren’t seeking medication just an idea what was going on with her. We went as an alternative to going to an ER. We will never go here again.

The office staff was great The provider was arrogant and dismissive. I would not recommend this office. I have had wonderful experiences with WeCare in Lebanon. I will go anywhere else before returning to this office.
