Castle Dental & Orthodontics - Mt. Juliet, Tn's Online Review Report Card

I had the best experience at Castle Dental!! From the front desk to the back, everyone is incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Moore is phenomal!! She took the time to explain my treatment plan to me in detail, and answered every question I asked (without making me feel like a bother😂) I will 100% be back and I recommend them highly!!

After getting cleaning done, within 10 min two of my tooth- gum swollen up plus my skin inside the mouth swollen up

This place has been the worst experience of my adult life. I checked my insurance website and they were listed, I called this office and they said the took my insurance. Went in for an appointment and everything seemed fine at first. That's when everything went wrong. I needed them to fill out a form for my work. Well, they somehow don't have email. Couple of weeks later I get a bill so I call and ask why it wasn't covered under insurance. They inform me to wait a couple of weeks until it processes. Get another call from their collections, I tell them that it should be covered under my insurance and they tell me to call the office. I call the office and they somehow had the wrong insurance. The girl then asks if I want to make an appointment, no I want you to bill my insurance. A few weeks later I get another call from their collections and explain the situation, "they will call me back in a couple of days". No call but I get another bill and a call a few weeks later. They have no notes or anything about the entire situation. I start over but they can't do anything about my insurance so I have to go to their office again. It's closed despite it being open online and their door. Go the next day with my insurance on the phone. Their system has the wrong address and they are going to send a paper copy as well. I file a complaint with my insurance. I get another bill and call my insurance once again, they claim they tried reaching out to the office but cannot contact them and still have not received any information. Want to contact them? Well don't try their website because they will ignore you. I've filed 3 contact me things and have never received anything. Their corporate website had no phone numbers. Their collection department can't speak with the office because of system limitations. At this point it has been 6 months to run insurance for a simple cleaning. They either need to fix their systems or advertise that they cannot take insurance.

I had an amazing experience at Castle Dental in Mt. Juliet, TN from the moment I walked in the energy was warm, professional, and welcoming. Shaina Moore runs the office flawlessly, Debria Tyler at the front desk is kind and efficient, Braydan Bron made me feel completely comfortable as a dental assistant, and Dr. Moore is truly top tier knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. An all women team doing exceptional work in a beautiful, well run dental facility hands down the best dental experience I’ve had.

A few days ago I came in to castle dental in Mt.juliet to get my teeth cleaned. I met miss Jazmyn and she is one of the best hygienist I’ve ever met, she is very kind she has a gentle touch and you can tell she is very passionate and loves her work thank you Jazmyn.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dental office. They rescheduled my appointment not once, but twice, causing a significant inconvenience. This time, they notified me just 15 minutes before my scheduled 8am appointment that it was pushed to 9am. I live 30 minutes away and had to rearrange my work schedule to make it on time. When I expressed my inability to make the new time, they failed to respond, showing a lack of consideration and professionalism. It is unacceptable for a business to operate in such a disorganized and disrespectful manner. I question how they can maintain their business with such poor management practices

All I have to say is there is huge turnover (both employees and customers) at this place and there's a reason for that. Always long wait times and half-done filling jobs that make me have to go back to get them fixed. Went there for 2 years and I've had enough
