Stay away from this doctor if you can. I’m leaving this review 2 years later as what she has done impacted and is still impacting my daughter. My daughter had negative pressure in both her ears when she was 20 months old and we visited Dr Lett 3 times saying something is bothering our kid and she keeps tugging her ears and everytime she just dismissed our concerns. She in fact directed us to get evaluation done rather than referring us to an ENT. We got the evaluation done and she was fine but was still in pain After wasting three months it struck to us that she needs to see an ENT and the first visit they told us she is only hearing 10 dB and is in pain because of negative pressure and needs ear tubes asap. WORST experience ever!! My daughter had a speech delay because of that. She’s in speech therapy still and has improved a great deal with no other issues but the trauma we went through because of this doctor is something no other parent should go through. Please stay away from her.

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone! I've actually steered other parents away. She hardly addresses you, and uses medical terms as though you know what she's talking about. When you looked confused, she laughs at you. After 3 office visits, I knew I needed to switch doctors!

Dr. Lett is amazing! She's very personable and always remembers little things specific to each of my kids. She and her staff have gone above and beyond to provide care and worked with us in times of need (schedule wise)! We had another pediatrician in another practice prior to Dr. Lett and we just didn't feel like we were getting good service and I am SO thankful we switched! We love Dr. Lett and her caring staff!!

I have used multiple doctors in the practice (Mostly Dr. Lett) and they are all AWESOME! They run any necessary tests and the results are presented as soon as possible. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a same day appointment regardless of the time of my call. Dr. Lett has always been helpful and competent. I love the office for my 4 year old. This was after the first visit to the Pediatrician we saw when he was born.
