Dr. Stevens is absolutely phenomenal! Great work and very compassionate.
Had sinus surgery last week (and although painful) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I can FINALLY breathe!
This office is not organized. Took off work just for them to tell me they don’t accept both my insurances together and couldn’t get an appt. unless I cancel my secondary insurance. This is not ok. Called to speak to someone and of course manager wasn’t available. Thanks for wasting my time🤬🤬
Easy online appointment request. Efficient check in process. Friendly staff.
I take my mother to see Dr Vann every couple of months for her checkups. His staff and Dr Vann are so sweet and kind to my mom and I. He takes his time with her and eases any fears or concerns she may have. Whenever she has needed an appt they have always worked her in. I highly recommend Dr. Vann.
I wish I could give it zero stars… all I wanted to do was make an appointment for a check up. First the nurse tells me I couldn’t get in until October, 7 months away, then calls me back explaining they can’t take any patients under the age of 25. I didn’t know doctors offices had an age limit?
Worst front desk ever. Racism, lies, rudeness. In what world is the state insurance considered primary over private.?! I was not able to finish one sentence , got interrupted frequently. So rude. Do not go there if you want respect.
I'm 73 and Dr Hammond is the best all around physician I have ever seen. His "bedside manner" as well as his "thoroughness" cannot be matched. As we were looking into a possible brain tumor the visit was rather emotional for me. He quickly and thoroughly put my mind to rest. We are conducting follow up MRIs to ascertain the problems I am experiencing with walking but he assured me it is not life threatening. In his quest, he has left no stone unturned. 5 stars all around!
The doctors I saw was great. The issue arose after I had to pay twice to have the same procedure done a second time because it was not done correctly the first time. I also was charged a visit to see Erica grilletta who never touched me or inspected the issue at hand due to a lab report that was sent to her from the doctor that sent me to her and she advised I needed to go back and have the same procedure done again-and wouldn’t you know it they charged me for the same procedure twice as well as the visit to Erica which was maybe 3 minutes in total telling me should couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything. I guess they have to pay for that nice building somehow.
You cannot get in touch with your doctor or whomever you want to see. Period. You can leave a message and they will get back to you in time. You BETTER NOT be busy when they call you back….ever! Bc then you can call back and start the whole process over. When you arrive you check in. Then go wait outside your respective doctors office u til they come out and get you. You CANNOT go in, talk to anyone, tell them an emergency came up and you need to leave, etc…. Everyone’s office is behind a locked key card only door. This sucks….. The doctors are great! No complaints. But this new building, phone system, check in system, is horrible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
