Dr Banks and his nurse Micah are a Godsend. They really care about me as a human as much as they do my health. They're stuck with me for life. The whole staff is always super nice. They take strict covid precautions. I love the lady at the front that screens everyone. She is an angel.

Dr Jones Woods is a great doctor it's just hard to reach people there. You go to voice-mail and may takes days before anyone get back to you. But all in all I like it.

I take my mother to see Dr Vann every couple of months for her checkups. His staff and Dr Vann are so sweet and kind to my mom and I. He takes his time with her and eases any fears or concerns she may have. Whenever she has needed an appt they have always worked her in. I highly recommend Dr. Vann.

Both my adult daughters and I switched to Dr. Scott about a year and a half ago. He's patient and listens and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and the staff at Heritage Medical Center. The new location is gorgeous too and parking is convenient.

I'm 73 and Dr Hammond is the best all around physician I have ever seen. His "bedside manner" as well as his "thoroughness" cannot be matched. As we were looking into a possible brain tumor the visit was rather emotional for me. He quickly and thoroughly put my mind to rest. We are conducting follow up MRIs to ascertain the problems I am experiencing with walking but he assured me it is not life threatening. In his quest, he has left no stone unturned. 5 stars all around!

I am new to the area and was impressed by all the building’s employees. I’ve now had three appointments with professional friendly service. Even when my mammogram had to be postponed for dangerous weather conditions, I got a personal phone call to explain the situation and reschedule.
