I recently had cataract surgery and my vision is better than it has ever been. I highly recommend Dr. Horn and his clinic staff for this type of procedure. Follow-up care has been great.

Y'all hear only what you want to hear this Office. I asked Laurie repetitive times to find out what a patient would be paid in full as you can see not only in her emails but her calls in person the person she was very evasive what do you want to believe it or not. Example I'm getting a neck surgery done they told me exactly what I would owe before the surgery that's all I was asking for she talked around it just like you to sit and say how many words you can make yourself feel better

I went to Dr. Horn Office I got a thorough exam and a thorough explanation of the different levels that he offers. But then I had to talk to Lorrie she is a nightmare she does not listen she thinks every word that comes out of her mouth is walks on water she's defiant at best she absolutely made the process miserable I will not be going to him. All I was trying to do is find out what I would have to pay after my insurance paid and the numbers that she gave me and the numbers at the entrance gave me were $400 difference she was So righteous you would think that she walks on water I will not recommend their office because of her. She takes the position that a patient doesn't have the right to search to understand the cost they will have to pay out-of-pocket shame on her. All she does is rant do not go you've been worn

I am sending this comment 2 1/2 yeas after my eye surgery. I had lens replacement surgery and wanted to know if the effects of the surgery would last. After all this time I am here to tell you that I still see at 20/20 or 20/15 depending on the day I'm tested. Thanks so much for Dr Horn and all the staff for the care I was given and the results I received. David P. Hall

I started out with a bad review after I had my lasik cancelled and couldn't get rescheduled for a month. While I understood that stuff happens (their machine broke) I was discouraged at the way they coldly handled cancelling my appointment while I was already in the office. However, I finally got rescheduled and my lasik went great. After two days I am seeing at 20/15 and can't complain about anything. There was obviously some pain within the first 24 hours but that quickly went away only day two.

As of right now, I can only give them a 1 because of my experience yesterday. I had been  waiting 3.5 long weeks to get Lasik. I took time off  work (and I am a teacher therefore have a hard time taking off). I get to the  center which is 55 minutes from my house. I sit and wait, and wait, and wait. I get called back! My time came, finally. I go back only to be  told not subtlety that I wouldn't be getting Lasik because the machine broke. NO apology, NO attempt to reschedule, nothin! I was in shock at the complete lack of professionalism in telling someone something they've been waiting years for  won't be happening. So now I am left wondering if and when I can finally get  my surgery. If the situation gets rectified quickly then I will of course update my review. But for now, I have no words besides disappointment  and shock.

No one talks about the cost Dr Horn charges I had to pay over 8000 dollars for 2 replacement lens from cataract removal. From all the research I have done in past months this seems extreme. I have Medicare and United Health Care for the procedure and office visits. All I suggest is do your homework before you sign anything I didn't and I am SORRY

I've worn glasses since I was in first grade due to astigmatism. I'm now in my mid 60s, completed radiation treatment to my face and scalp because of a rare cancer and a side effect of that treatment created cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Horn had performed cataract surgery on my wife several years ago, while he was the director of Vanderbilt's Cataract Surgical Department, so he was a natural choice for me to consult. I chose to have Dr. Horn perform my surgeries and the results were unbelievable! I'm glasses free after nearly 60 years. I now can purchase a regular pair of sunglasses! Kudos to both his office staff and surgery center staff. They made the experience enjoyable!

Thru Intraocular lens replacement, Dr. Jeffery Horn, MD has given me the blessing of perfect vision. I was born with sever farsightedness in both eyes with astigmatism and a lazy eye in the left eye. Dr. Horn, MD believed he could, and I also believed in him because of my faith in Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord for working thru Dr. Jeffery Horn, MD, I couldn't have had a better Doctor!!!
