Dr. Jones took her time, made me feel welcomed and cared what I had to say without feeling rushed. She was incredibly kind and provided me with helpful information in regards to my knee issue. The phlebotomists Theresa was sweet and gentle when taking my blood she made me feel comfortable. I am blessed to have found such a well knowledgeable and caring doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Jones ?? ????????

Dr. Jones is amazing. I was looking for a physician that was easy to talk converse with and Dr. Jones totally fit the bill. She asked me questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was contacted immediately about my lab results which was very impressive. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Jones if you're in need of a physician.

Dr. Jones has been my PCP for many years now and I cannot imagine switching to anyone else for my primary care. She is just wonderful. I will admit that I have had to wait past my appointment time on multiple occasions but as a nurse myself, I know how that stuff goes so I usually just make sure I schedule my appointment at a time when I know I'm not going to be rushed. And that's a common thing with most doctor's these days so that doesn't bother me. Dr. Jones really makes up for the wait time though because she is so thorough with you in your time with her. She makes sure everything you need addressed gets addressed. She is so calm and really takes into account of how you feel with her suggestions and plan of care. There have been many times where she will suggest something and say "Are you okay with that? Do you feel okay with that plan?" And that is so important to me to feel like I'm a part of my own plan of care. I currently live in a totally different part of town that's about an hour away and I'm still not about to find someone local to me to replace her. She's wonderful and highly recommend her!

I have been in the medical field for 17yrs and I can certainly tell you the care received here is not up to par. They will mail you you lab results instead of calling even when the lab results and bad. There is absolutely no urgency to see patients even if they had recent discharge for the hospital. There is no on call or after hours service and no follow-up on unresolved conditions. If you have elderly family members going here I highly recommend you find another pcp ASAP! The physicians here are friendly but they need to invest more time and attention to their patients as way too many things have been missed. And mailing abnormal labs to patients is very unprofessional as well as shows how truly invested you are in your patients best interest and care.

We've been seeing Dr. Jones, Michael and the staff for years now. Best service, treatment, and care we've ever received in the past 60 years. Would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone; top tier performance and service.

After going to this office at least 6 years I have never met dr Jones and now another dr signs my prescriptions that I didn't even know was at this office. And now I am out of my medicine and no one will approve a refill and now closed for the weekend I will be out of meds for over a week and I guess I will have to find another dr before I can get a prescription filled again.

The staff is nice and cordial, at first I was impressed with the in depth testing, but I never received a call back to discuss abnormal lab results, I had to call them. I agree with other comments, they lack communication. Every time I called, I had to call them back because they forgot or were too busy to call me back. I won't be going back to them. Didn't feel they care for patients.

She is my rock!! I just can't say enough nice things about Dr. Jones, she explains the problem, if there is one, in my language. She certainly is in the right profession for this life. A Gift from above. Thank You Dr. Jones!!
