List of Premier Radiology Services's Reviews
I had a procedure done at Premier radiology that I very nervous about having, Dr. Sander and Amanda were amazing and very professional and patient friendly. They explain every detail along the way. Amanda was so informed and answer all my questions. Alisa in preauthorization did amazing job as well on getting on the paperwork moved along. Would recommend this to anyone looking for great service!! Thank you Premium Radiology Mt. Juliet, Tn
They were super organized and quick. The staff was friendly and everyone was wearing mask and following all covid measures.
Someone called and asked if I could be there by 1 for my ultrasound. I was there at 12:50. It us now 3:10 and still waiting. Not sure what the rush for me to be here at 1. Aggravated
HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE TAKE THEIR MEDICAL LICENSE
Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? At least let it go to a message and call me back. It rang for 3 Solid minutes and nothing.

Great people in the actual office and doing the testing. I have no problem with them. BUT, whoever answers the phone for scheduling doesn't need the job or the company needs to hire them some help. I called 6 times today and no one answered. I know when you call any of the offices, and press one for scheduling, it's not going to that office. It's going to scheduling only. I might have thought it was a problem with the phone, but the last time I called to reschedule an appt, it took me 4 times to finally get someone. I let it ring at least 10 times. It's not very professional for a place who does important testing for people. Also, every other place I get tests done sends me reminder emails or sends me an email on how I need to prep for a test, not Premier. If I hadn't had so many tests done, I wouldn't know to ask, and no one ever volunteers to tell me when they call to schedule. If I was a person who had never had tests done before, I wouldn't know to ask. Today, I just wanted to confirm my appt because the last time there was some confusion about which office I needed to be at, and ask how long it has to be before I eat or drink before the test. I had to press another number besides scheduling to find that out.. because I could never get anyone in scheduling!!!!
They don't answer the phone to reschedule and no option to leave message to reschedule.
A chain is no stronger than its weakest link. My cardiologist scheduled a bilateral carotid ultra sound for 8/24. I attempted to cancel and reschedule on 8/24: Three calls were ended, or unanswered; one call was answered by another Premier location, who said they could not attend scheduling matters for the office where the appointment was scheduled; a call to the cardiologist to let them know that I wouldn't be having the test that they thought I should have. Is this the new Premier? It hasn't been that long ago that Premier Radiology set the gold standard.
My father has COPD and is on HOSPICE and has a mask for oxygen and carries an oxygen bag with him. They turned him and my 10 year old daughter who had a mask on away because he couldn’t wear a mask. Very discriminatory!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
