Sports Ortho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I was sent to Mt. Juliet clinic for my Left shoulder injury a couple of months ago and have been seeing provider frequently. None of the staff or the provider showed me empathy or sense of understanding for the pain and suffering I am going through. They have lost my medical documents not once but twice. Because of that now I am forced to see another provider. There is no professional conduct nor quality care. I will not suggest anyone to visit this clinic.

Dr. Kaminski and the staff have been nothing but nice. They always ask if I have questions and will do their best to answer me. So far they have addressed any questions I may have had or possibly will have in the future. I have been asked about them and Summit Surgery and have given them 10's across the board! I have no problem going back for more care if needed. I gave 4star's because giving 5 may spoil them [Lolz!]

My daughter has been under their care since July for “growing pains and leg weakness”. MRI and X-ray of her leg were both fine. They put her in physical. At her 3rd appointment I stated that her therapist was concerned with her progress. I let them know that her therapist said that she thinks getting an MRI off her hip would be beneficial. They didn’t listen because “HIP ISSUES IN CHILDREN HER AGE ARE UNCOMMON”. However, they were happy for me to keep stopping by the front desk to set up follow up appointments on my way out! Fast forward last week I switched to a new clinic. They listened and done a MRI of her hip. They found that there has been a fracture in her Femoral head this whole time. It was unable to heal because she was continuing to us it!

The entire staff was absolutely amazing!! Dr. Jo was so nice and knowledgeable and really made me feel better about the whole situation. (Broken ankle) I was booted and scooted out the door! I will be back! Because I have a follow up appointment lol

Beware!! I went here and was recommended to get a knee brace and declined because of cost, the still charged my insurance for it. I called them about it and they refused to refund me. I called my insurance company and they would not talk to them. So NEVER GO HERE, because they will commit fraud against you!!

Love this place! Both times I have been here they have gotten me in right away for an appointment. I also did not have to wait long at all once there. Very good

MAKE SURE YOU READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE!!!!!! I sure wish I did, before my son was sent here!! The Office staff is ridiculous and a complete disappointment no one can even get thru on phone to anyone!! they don’t like to answer the phone, when they do finally answer nothing but attitude to patients!! They are happy to take your money but can’t do a thing else. Trying to get my sons paperwork for medical leave is a straight joke. They don’t know their head from a hole in the wall. Let alone what day it is! Definitely would not recommend this place!

The most pathetic excuse for an urgent care I’ve ever seen. My mom is in terrible pain from a work accident. She made an appointment and then when she got there they told her appointments don’t mean anything, it’s first come first serve. We wait an hour and she was next in line and the lady at the front desk lets us know that they do not take workman’s comp, there is a special person that does it. She claims she had no idea they didn’t accept that. this is absolutely unacceptable.

I had an appointment for an MRI, I answer the questionnaire on-line previous to my appointment. I stated that I have a Neuro-stimulator and no one saw or read the questionnaire. I drive round trip 150 miles, upon arrival they stated that they cannot do the MRI because of the Neuro-stimulator. I had numerous MRI done at small facilities like Premier but they cannot perform the MRI. Due to the fact that someone didn't read the questionnaire. They shouldn't waste patients time. I don't recommend this urgent care, I left without an MRI and they couldn't find me another facility to do the MRI.

Dr. Kaelin is AMAZING! He truly care about his patients and is willing to go to any lengths to make sure they are taken care of! He was clear about his thoughts and made sure to explain things in detail so I could clearly understand what the next step was. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
