I just want to thank Dr Mitchell and Dr Ashley for the care they gave me during my time there they treat you as if you were their only patient , I had decompression for my lower back and sciatica , the day I went I was in horrible pain as of today my pain is gone I still have to learn to walk properly again and that gets better every day . Dr Mitchell staff are awesome from the front desk Ana and Christine are the best Alexa, Lexie, Anastasia,Maddie Tiera, all get A’s on their knowledge of what they are doing and the kindness they show you are just amazing I can’t give you enough thanks for what you did for me and I highly recommend The Wellness Center to any one that has pain

Amazing staff! Very professional and caring. They explain in great detail the process and they are so knowledgeable regarding the process. I highly recommend WI.

A consideration to billing practices. Starters...everyone here is extremely nice. My insurance covers a good bit, but when I looked them up prior to scheduling, they were NOT in-network for me. I was interested in the decompression they offered and assumed that is why it wasn't in-network, but they had $29 initial consult offer that included Xrays if needed (as on their website currently as "limited time offer" and also on commercials they run with the news), so I went to check it out and see for sure, BUT knowing up front this would be out of pocket for me for that price for the consult. They still took my insurance info up front, which I acknowledged at that time that I already knew was not in-network and was not covered. I was there a good bit, and was given the consult, Xrays, show & tell of the treatment equipment, and it all seemed really nice & clean. I was then in final consult on treatment package which was acknowledged then by staff it was not covered by insurance; it was presented then as a payment plan, which was a considerable out of pocket cost if I signed on for the treatment. This was not something I could afford, so thanked them for their time and went on my way. Later, I get a statement from my insurance showing they tried to bill my insurance for office visit and xrays. Again, I received ZERO treatment at this visit. I paid out of pocket upfront for advertised offer for consult and as needed Xrays, and nothing was indicated that they would still be billing my insurance, which feels like a double dip. I feel this billing practice should be considered before agreeing to payment plans for service here. I had declined offer for treatment again after the in person consult via a follow up call from them a few days later, and advised them that I would NOT be interested in their services going forward. I recently received an email that "it was time for my next Chiropractic visit!" Which I do not have with them, nor did I get on my consult, nor have I had with them.

I would like to take this time to thank Wellness Institute of Mount Juliet for there hard work for caring for me for my lower back and neck. The Non-Surgical Spine Decompression Center took care of my pain and suffering that I had. This center is the best for pain without surgery. This center has the best professional staff and polite employees. The center has everything you need for treatment. The center has top notch equipment and everything you need. I would recommend this center for your pain and injuries. Well worth it. You will be satisfied and treated right. Can't go wrong. Doctor Kevin and Doctor Ashley are amazing. Best doctors I have ever been around to be honest and give you there best opinion for your needs. This center has saved my back and neck keep from surgery. I am pain free and 100% better than I was. I feel like a million bucks. If you need pain free injury this is the place to go to. You will leave there feeling pain free and a happy smile on your face.

Dr Mitchell and his staff are excellent. I have had very bad back pain for years. A friend referred me to Dr Mitchell. I was skeptical at first but after a handful of sessions started noticing a significant improvement. If you follow his plan, you will see a huge improvement, less pain, and much more mobility. THANK YOU DR MITCHELL!!

I signed up for the treatments and paid over $4000 since I was told BCBS does not cover the service. Two months later I start receiving EOBs from BCBS where Wellness Institute file my insurance and was paid. I ask Dr. Mitchell why are they filing insurance when I paid in full because he said insurance did not cover my treatment. Dr. Mitchell said don't worry I'm paid in full. Once they put the decompression table on my EOB and BCBS only paid $15 but was billed for $300, I contacted BCBS and asked to see if the table was covered. BCBS covered the table and informed Dr. Mitchell on June 28, 2023. I was contacted the next day by Kristen and was informed that I was no longer a patient and if I was to come by the office they will call authorities to have me removed from the premises. I WAS SHOCKED. I left several messages for Dr. Mitchell and never received a call or explanation. Since BCBS cover the treatments and I paid Dr. Mitchell and I had paid over $4K, they did not want me back in the office to expose them to other patients. This is not right what they are doing and I have file a formal compliant with BCBS who is not able to do anything, because Dr Mitchell will not respond to The Contractor Dept of BCBS. PATIENTS BE AWARE: the treatment did work on my back, but I was overcharged and I feel I should be refunded money since Dr. Mitchell was paid twice, by me and the insurance. Anyone who can assist with getting the message out, please let me know. I have contacted several agencies but have not received any assistance. I PRAY OTHERS WILL LEARN FROM US HAVE EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE FROM WELLNESS INSTITUTE IN MT JULIET TN.

I have been going to Dr. Mitchell since 2018. He is a life saver. He has helped when I have problems from having a pinched nerve. The monthly maintenance helps. The staff is so friendly and pleasant. I'm greeted with a hello and by name, by Anna. Kierra and Nevaeh rock!! I enjoy my visits and love the music..

The Wellness Institute has made my life a lot better. I went there, barely able to walk. I had pinched nerves in my lower back and the pain was awful. After a few sessions, I was pain free and enjoying life again. I was told beforehand that I would need extensive surgery to heal my back. That doctor was wrong. Spinal decompression at the Wellness Institute Cured me without surgery. I feel so blessed to have meet with Dr. Mitchell.

Dr Mitchell and Dr Ashley genuinely care for their patients from the first visit and each visit thereafter! I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, disc bulge and degenerative spondylolisthesis with a MRI in 2023. I then completed two rounds of physical therapy and two different treatments of epidural steroid injections. I still contined to have high level pain. I've been living daily on muscles relaxers, Advil, heating pad and ice packs. I knew I couldn't keep doing this and still not able to do my normal activties. I learned about Wellness Institute of Nashville through television commercials and interviews. I've been so impressed and blessed by Dr Mitchell and Dr Ashley! I no longer have the pain that I had when I started the non-surgical spinal decompressions! I had relief from my back pain in just a few visits! I love the decompression beds that actually feel good and beneficial. I'm back to all my normal activties with no pain. I'm very thankful and grateful for my care at The Wellness Institute of Nashville. All employees are kind and encouraging to all patients through all treatments! Sharon G

I’m not going back there. I’d have been better off with a massage therapist.
