Always a very clean, safe, office experience. The staff are efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Angela Heikes is my primary care doctor. She is always on top of things like answering questions, putting in referrals, and communicating with my other doctors. I have to drive 2 hours to visit the New Salem office, but it’s always worth the drive. I highly recommend them!!

Angela M.Heikes PA..is VERY CARING and concerned about the WHOLE well-being of her patients. She goes back into our medical history to see if past family history,and/or situations have anything to do with present medical conditions... she's thorough in her questions and examinations,and does not hesitate to set-up appointments with specialist if needed.Plus..she also has a pleasing yet professional personality.

Schedule for yearly physical and Arrived 15 minutes early and waited only a couple minutes. The staff seemed genuine and kind.

Dr was great. Wait was short. I just couldn’t get in to see my primary. I had to see a PA. Angela was awesome though. I just wish it was easier to get in to see my Primary.

Angela is very kind and thorough she actually made me feel like she cares and wants to listen. I have had drs before where I feel little or like they think I am stupid or faking. She took me seriously and made sure to investigate my issues. I will continue seeing her as my first official pcp ever.
