Dr. Hasan. Great experience. Went in, talked to the Dr, was heard, got a plan on moving forward, and got out. That’s how I like it. Although health is very important, I’d rather not sit in an appointment all day. Very very satisfied. I’ve been dealing with GI issues for years and I’ve been many places and this place is at the top of my list.

Terrible experience multiple times with the front office. Im just going to go across town to another office where people want to work. The first included the front office not wanting to bill my insurance and attempting self pay multiple times. I tried again to see a Gastroenterologist and have been trying to just schedule an appointment for over 2 weeks. My primary sent in a referral and when I called one representative said A. ) They had not received the referral. B.) the other one said they had not received enough information C.) Then the other one said not was in review.....meaning they rather you die before they actually go in that office and actually work for a living. Doctors might actually be ok but that front office is a serious problem of incompetence.
