Christie A Green's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr Green for the first time yesterday. I must say how pleased I was. Not only was the staff fantastic, but they were extremely pleasant and professional. Dr Green was a jewel. She was so sweet and kind and helpful. I felt as though I have known her forever. I would very highly recommend her to everyone that needs an amazing kidney doctor. You will love her.

My experience was not good the 2 times I went to her. The 1st time she did not enter the room until 40 minutes after my appt. The 2nd time she was an hour late, neither time did she apologize or explain why she was so far behind. My next issue is I decided to change doctors after the 2nd visit but a few months later I started receiving calls from her office. They asked me how much water was I drinking and then sent me a $40 co-pay bill. I told the office I wasn't even a patient of hers anymore and that I was not paying the bill. A month later I got another call and reminded them I was not a patient of Dr. Green's but I was still billed another $40 for the call. Needless to say I am not paying this and inform my insurance carrier that this office is committing insurance fraud. The insurance rep told me that the statements were billed for in office visits, that is an outright lie. If I were you I would stay away from this doctor.

This Dr. does not listen to her patients. We told her the same thing at every visit and she chose to complete ignore it. After she told us that most men my husband's age were on a certain medicine and she was prescribing it regardless, we decided it was time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Green is an excellent physician and has been keeping me and my kidneys in health. She is very kind.

Dr christie Green is a wonderful, patient , caring doctor. I have been one time and go back in Dec. I have never met a doctor that takes as much time explaining and allowing me to ask questions that have bothered me for a year. Never once did she make me feel rushed or annoying for asking questions. I left with a feeling of peace over me. She is a godsend. I highly recommend to anyone

The best doctor I ever had hate she's out of town now

Dr. Green has been one of my doctors for nearly 5 years. She and my primary care physician decided to place me in the hospital and have me stay until a diagnosis was made due to my fluctuating calcium levels. It turned out that I had Multiple Myeloma. They saved my life!! She sees me regularly to monitor my stage 3 renal failure. She is always very kind and patient. She seems genuinely concerned about me. I think she is a wonderful physician and would recommend her to anyone.

I have been Dr. Green patient for 2+ yrs. and over than yrs. Dr.Green have been a great doctor that understands her patients and take the time to talk with them. Gr. Green takes time to draw a picture of the problem. I have never went out her office wondering what is going on with my heath. I'm truly bless to have a great doctor like you Dr. Green. keep up the good work. we need doctors like you.
