Dr. Waynick was amazing as was every person I encountered! Everyone kept me feeling calm and comfortable for my first visit and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better Doctor experience. The lady who took my blood was the best and not only made me feel comfortable but also went out of her way to make my friend feel comfortable too!

I rarely review and rate physicians unless they manage to be exceptional or (in theory because I haven't experienced terrible care) if they are notably bad, dishonest, or unethical. I am a cancer patient since August of 2021. Dr. Waynick is my oncologist and has been since my diagnosis. He has been, for lack of a better term, an outstanding health care provider for me. He is kind, patient, empathetic, and knowledgable. He listens and answers questions thoughtfully and carefully. His recommendations for my treatment have resulted in keeping my cancer under control for over 3 years now. I am extremely thankful for all his knowledge and experience, and I am alive currently because of his treatment recommendations and the excellent care of the staff at Tennessee Oncology. I hope you never get cancer and need recommendations for a great oncologist, but if you ever do, you won't find anyone better than Dr. Waynick.

This was my first visit to Dr.Waynick, and he seems like a really good doctor. He was very kind and patient. He listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions and didn’t act like he had somewhere else to be. He took the time to be there for me. Thank you!

Hope After my physician referred me to Dr. Waynick following the discovery of a left solid renal mass suspicious for Renal Cell carcinoma, I was filled with fear. The word “cancer” alone is enough to terrify anyone, and the thought of seeing an oncologist only intensified my anxiety. However, when I finally met Dr. Waynick, my worries were quickly eased.To my surprise, Dr. Waynick spoke in a clear, direct, and reassuring manner that instantly put me at ease. He didn’t jump to conclusions or fuel my fears; instead, he explained my condition in detail and emphasized the need to first consult a urologist before making any assumptions about a cancer diagnosis. His calm and composed approach helped calm my anxiety, and I left his office feeling hopeful.I am deeply grateful for Dr. Waynick’s professionalism in handling both my medical concerns and the anxiety that came with the word “cancer.” His compassionate, thoughtful guidance was invaluable during such a tense time.

Love the office staff. He and the whole staff are WONDERFUL!! Took great care of my dad. Any questions and concerns they was right there at any time help help us understand it all. Wondering people all the way around. They don’t rush in and out of the room and take time with you in the room.
