It felt like a cattle call, no personalized attention. The dentist was very vague and didn't want to share information on the findings of the xrays. I asked specifically about a rider tooth and was told that it was a question for the orthodontist.

Mostly everyone is super nice but this is now twice the same woman ( larger dark female with accent ) that cleaned my child’s teeth isn’t nice at all - she didn’t speak to me at all she was cleaning my child’s teeth and spun her chair around and started chatting with another employee about personal things and was chatting for awhile and I said excuse me are we waiting on something or are we done ? She ignored me so I said it louder and she turned to me and rudely said we’re waiting for the Doctor . I said ok ( she could have told me that) and when the Doctor came over I told the Doctor she was very very rude and the Doctor apologized for it and I said it isn’t you honestly she was this way last time when she cleaned my other child’s teeth as well . She heard me complaining and started talking to me like she cared so much and I asked her did I do something to upset you? She said no I have to ask medical questions and I said it has nothing to do with that I was very puzzled by her response. She was very rough and my child’s teeth hurt afterwards (which they never felt that way before) she was pushing ortho and I said no we’re not doing ortho for braces - she shouldn’t be working with people in my opinion .

Everyone is so kind and really makes my kids feel at ease and even look foward to the dentist. They schedule really far out but my daughter was in pain and her appointment was two months out so I called them and they were able to get her in the same day to get it taken care of.
