This office discharged my children without even notifying me for months. When I called back to get an update on my daughter getting braces and where we stood in the process after calling for weeks they stated due to my mothers (their grandmas) behavior we would no longer be welcome there. I was unaware of any incident that took place, so I asked to speak the manager. After a couple weeks of calling I was then gave a number of excuses on why I was never notified until I called, why they waited months to share this information with their legal guardian, and why i was not called over the incident to begin with when it took place. Very poor experience when I could of left and started treatment else where months ago had I been aware of the situation when it took place.

Such a great experience for my 4 year old! Super friendly staff, cool waiting room for the kids, tvs on the ceiling that had frozen playing today so my daughter watched it and zoned out while they cleaned her teeth. Will continue to take my daughter here for years to come! Amazing people and great experience every appointment!

Long wait to get back, long wait for the doctor to do hygiene checks. Bathroom had a bad small of urine. The dental assistant was great, front staff ignores you. They have definitely done better in the past.

We primarily love it here but lately we've had major inconveniences and miscommunication when it comes to my kids and their services there. We travel 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to Murfreesboro for my son's ortho appointments and he has been rescheduled twice upon arrival due to the doctor being in traffic. Today we were supposed to receive brackets and he was excited about it only to be rescheduled once again! Please come up with a better scheduling system. We can't continue to miss school/work due to these inconveniences. Nor can we keep affording these pointless trips.

The office staff and the hygienist were very kind and patient with my grandchildren at their appointments today. I was very impressed in how smoothly and organized it was, I was a little apprehensive at first when I saw a waiting room full of kids and their parents but we were called back after only a short waiting period. I would recommend them highly.
