Dana Jones's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jones is a wonderful doctor!! I’ve been going to her since age 19. She is an EXCELLENT diagnostician and has a very very caring heart. She takes the time to explain things and answers every question. You never feel rushed. I went through a difficult time with a health issue recently and Dr. Jones helped me through it all. She was VERY patient in the decisions I had to make and she kept my feelings high priority. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Jones.

I was searching for a new Dr to care for me during my latest pregnancy. I am so thankful I found Dr. Jones! She and her staff are absolutely wonderful! She answers all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I just love her and will continue to use her!

This is my second pregnancy and Dr. Jones has been my provider through both. She is always “on top of it” with me and has the best bedside manners. She has been such a blessing to me and my littles!

I absolutely love Dr. Jones! She truly cares about her patients and never makes you feel rushed. I would highly recommend her!

So, It was my first time trying to schedule an appointment for this OBGYN. I quickly decided to not make an appointment after speaking with her absolutely rude assistant working at the front desk. She was very cocky and laughed at me when I refused to give her something over the phone and stated that I would give it to her when I arrived. Long story short, if you are looking for an OBGYN who has nice staff and front desk staff. Do not pick this one. Hang up and call elsewhere. I'm sure the Doctor herself is nice, as she was recommended by a friend, but the scheduling woman I was speaking to made me turn away at once. I was also on hold for nearly ten minutes. Even after saying that I had a possible ovarian cyst and my family has a history of them and having to have them surgically removed, this woman ignored what I said and said the first available appointment was in MARCH. Nope. Looks like I'm going to have to drive to Nashville, which is a hour from me to see my old OBGYN instead. Ladies, do yourselves a favor and look for someone else. If you want friendly staff, don't bother.

Dana Jones speaks 'down' to patients. Lacks Empathy and has 0 bedside manners. I'm educated in the medical field and she is the worst example of anyone that claims to practice medicine....Don't go here at any costs!!!

I love Dr.Jones I have been going to her for 5+ years And she also delivered my son a year ago. she took her time with me as this was my first child. She answered all oft questions and also my mothers questions. I wish she took tenncare because I would still be going there! I don't have one compliant. I told her that I only wanted her to deliver my son so we worked together to make sure she was the one on call! I like all the other dr's that work there also but Dr.jones is my favorite!! I would recommend her to everyone!!!!
