Worst billing dept ever. Watch out for balance billing! They will squeeze every dime they can out of their patients.
I am extremely satisfied with all the help Mrs Bruce Donna FX rendered me every step of the way. They have a good understanding of all the processes and are always receptive to my needs. The platform was very helpful. I strongly recommend this wonderful manager of mine, she performs great work and strategy on my investment, and now I'm earning profits every week just because of Mrs Bruce Donna effort and trust, thank you mam for this opportunity of investing with your platform I'm so much grateful, Contact her via Email: Brucedonna442@gmail.com Facebook Page: Mrs Bruce Donna
At a 10am appointment for lab and they are running behind due to people being late or walk ins take the patients with appointments that are on time then walk ins and then treat the late patients as walk ins at the bottom of the walk in list!
I came here to get phentermine only. They charged me $100 for a month supply and doctor visit. Every other place I called, charge $50-60. This is my first time ever getting phentermine and apparently most places charge $30 for first time users. They got me for $100 & the visit took 2 hours! Do not recommend this place. Updated to say everyone was nice but definitely got ripped off. Another update: the pills they gave me came in a bottle that says expired 11/21. It's 4/22 now also best weigh in the boro is $30 for prescription
MMC AS A WHOLE- Very difficult to get the department you want on the phone. But facilities are nice and clean. LITA WARISE IN RHEUMATOLOGY was extremely dismissive of my pain and all but refused to care for me since my bloodwork was fine 3 months ago. Wasn't until I asked her if I should leave that she attempted to help me. She has little to no bedside manner. Was rude and made comments to make me feel dumb more than once both times I was there. Seems she'd rather provide care for people that already have a diagnosis. She doesn't want to do the work to help find the diagnosis. I've told both of my referring doctors not to send their patients here anymore. I'll be driving into Nashville for any future rheumatology needs.
You can tell the doctors & staff really care and they love their jobs! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!
When you need them the most you can never get in to see them. This place is more concerned about well visits and anything else. When you are sick and in need you cannot get an appointment with your doctor while you are sick. Instead the appointment will be several months away. What good is this? This tells me well visits are their priority. I had diverticulitis and was in great pain. Called and could not get in and see my doctor. I ended up going to the emergency room at the hospital instead. MMC is not a facility interested in helping people in need.
Love MMC. I have had wonderful, prompt and extraordinary care there for 25 years. Thank you MMC. I'm
I wish I could give 0 stars to MMC internal medicine. This place is horrible. My doctor is no longer with MMC. My appointments were canceled, they rescheduled appointment with a nurse without my consent, that I could not make, I had to cancel. They did not allocate me to another doctor and assist me with rescheduling. I realize today that my refills were out of my current medication, that I've been on for over a year. I call to ask for refills, they said that I need to be seen, but they can't see me for almost 3 months. They refused to fill this medication because the new doctor "didn't know me", regardless of the fact that they're my primary care practice who I've gone to for years. They were nasty to me, they acted like I was asking for some sort of hardcore habit forming medication, when it's just a maintenance medication. Completely negligent to withhold medication, withhold healthcare and to have a "sorry bout it" attitude, offering zero solutions. Trash. Thank God for my OBGYN who urgently corrected this negligence.
This is our closest walk-in clinic and I have come here several times over the last year. I love the walk-in clinic and the fact that you can "schedule and appointment" online. I'm knocking off a star because at one visit I had to go to the lab for blood work to be drawn and the nurses in that department were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The walk-in clinic is one of the busiest in the area, so I would definitely recommend going online to reserve a time slot, as the wait can be several hours without one.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
