Dr. Warren and staff was great. The problem I have is with the automated callback system, you can't ever talk with a person and time you listen to the first list of items then whatever number you punch in immediately it starts out with some of the same things you've already heard. I was called Friday 4/15/22 after I got back home about my results I guess I called back about 2-3 o'clock and no one bother to call me back until Monday morning. So I think you need to have a better call back system. Thanks,

My primary care doctor, Frank Warren is an extraordinary caring professional and a good fit for me as an elderly female. He has been seeing me for some years now and dealing competitively with the many issues with my health. I am deaf in my right ear and extremely impaired in the left ear, handicapped as well as elderly.BUT….the system one must navigate (understand) to even get in to see him or speak to his nurse is not easy and doesn’t cover all the options to meet the needs of a hearing impaired patient. Even a message that is left is not understandable.I do understand the system cannot be changed for one person. The nurses are overworked but all are professionals and have treated me great!

I was recently hospitalized due to running a high fever for several days. I was admitted thru the ER not by Frank. After being in the hospital at Stonecrest for 2 days I was released and an hour after getting home my temp was 102.8. I saw Frank Warren the next day and he could see my frustration. He ran so many test and assured me that they would find the source. He took my anxiety away and took his time and did not rush. He is one of the best medical professionals out there in my opinion. I truly do appreciate him!!

Frank Warren is my Primary Care Doctor and is listed as such with BCBS for many years. He knows all my health issues and takes care of them, refers me for tests that become necessary or refers me to the specialists required for different ailments. I have developed trust in what he does and what he says to me about my health and well-being. I have reactions to many drugs which have prompted quick visits to him and to ER. Sometimes a call with a message left to his nurse and a call back solves a problem, thereby avoiding ER. Since a new system has been put in place this way has become increasingly difficult and I have reached a call center and many times I cannot understand the one answering so a simple issue becomes a walk in Clinic; and more problems. Frank Warren IS my Doctor
