I had an excellent experience at Gateway Urgent Care. The PA I saw was kind and understanding, my nurse was so nice and she was very gentle giving a painful steroid shot. I’d definitely recommend Gateway Urgent Care, their staff and location.

The triage nurse was wonderful, very knowledgeable very caring. The facility was very clean as well. I went to the location on New Salem. Very quick and professional! Everyone was super kind. I will definitely come back here in the future! I have been to the location on Medical Center before as well. And the service there was just as great! This is 💯 my go to for urgent care needs for my family and I.

6 hrs away from home with sudden acute medical issue. Found this clinic in Google Maps late evening. They took me right in, listened to my problem and fixed me right up. I have since been able to enjoy the rest of my trip to watch my 2 granddaughters in state basketball play. We are still winning! Thank you ALL so very much. D Whitson
