The front desk ladies are great. Dr. Poliner is always great. We would have given 5 stars but the office manager was RUDE. She threatened to not do my husband's PFT because she said I couldn't go with him which I always have. She's violated HIPPA rules by asking in a common patient area just what was my husband's problem which he needed me. Told us the room was too small for me to go with him and I told her I had been in that very room multiple times. She said they just wouldn't do the test and I told her that WAS NOT her call. She's just an office manager and not his doctor and if Dr. Poliner wanted the test it would be done and I would be with him. I asked to speak with Dr. Poliner, instead they sat us back in the lobby and a few minutes later the tech came and got both of us. The room was the same room we had been in multiple of times and I stayed behind the interior wall unless the tech asked me to come around so not to in anyway hinder her from doing her job. That office needs a new office manager. No one has the right to be RUDE and try to BULLY anyone especially a special needs patient.

Dr. Poliner takes the time to listen to the patient and does a thorough examination along with tests to get complete medical picture to treat patients effectively.

The best pulmonologist ever! He REALLY cares! He moved from Albuquerque back to Tennessee (I moved to Phoenix soon after). I miss him incredibly. I haven't found anyone in Phoenix that is as professional, caring, proficient, thorough, and kind as Dr. Poliner.

Dr. Poliner is an outstanding physician whose quiet demeanor and willingness to take the time to go over my condition, answer questions and prescribe medication that is effective in treating my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Poliner to treat whatever type of lung illness you may have.
