After reading good things online,tried this doctor and was not impressed with the 30 plus minute wait in the back.He also seems overly concerned about insurance cost over ordering tests for patients.

You will have to wait 45 minutes before he comes in.He also seems to prioritize saving insurance money over ordering testing for you.Communication with his office is near impossible if you have any questions or problems.

The staff and nurses were very kind and polite. Dr Hayes is a doctor that showed me that he had my welfare at heart he is a super nice gentleman. He reminds me of the doctors when I was a young man.

Dr Hayes has been our Primary care physician for at least 10 years. We value his judgement and have confidence in his care. He always listens, takes time to properly prepare, and allows as much time as necessary to meet with us and explain or address our needs and our concerns. He and his staff keep our other doctors informed by sharing our pertinent medical information or test results. I would certainly recommend St. Thomas Ascension and Dr. James Rand Hayes.

This guy is a conceited jerk.If you don’t feel better in two visits,it’s your fault you’re sick.The worst visit with a doctor I’ve ever had!

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. .Hayes as my physician. He is a very understanding, personable,and knowledgeable individual. I would hope that I would have him for many years, he is someone who truly cares about his patients. He also has an excellent nurse who has a pleasant disposition,helpful,and knowledgeable of my medical condition. I would recommend him to anyone, for he reminds me of my former physician who retired Dr. Steve Payne. It is is rare to have these two great doctors who have made a difference in my life.
