Very non accommodating. Does not care about patient satisfaction whatsoever.*Update: Proof they are easy to dismiss you after you tell them you are seeking a new provider. If you leave an honest review then fully expect to get a letter like this in the mail. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t expect toddler like behavior like this exist in a medical practice.

I visited Dr. Born as a new patient and received my yearly physical and blood work. She was kind, compassionate, and listened to everything I had to say. Definitely glad I made the decision to visit her practice and make her my primary care physician. Now to convince my husband to visit!

Dr. Laura Born is the worst doctor in Murfreesboro. They do not care about the patients at all. The office manager just makes things worse. They have the worst hours and seem to be closed one to two days every week. Do not use this medical practice!

The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is very patient and professional. Dr. Born is compassionate and she listens and she cares. I am so blessed to have her as my doctor😊

I would not recommend her. What I want in a doctor is some one who cares about there patients. she does not ! I even understand insurance can be complicated but when I call and give you a list of medication s that my insurance will cover. Generic/ alternatives and you still send in one that my insurance does not cover. There is something wrong with that!

My wife and I are very pleased with he quality of care we are receiving from Dr. Born and others related with her practice. They are courteous and patient, taking the necessary time to respond to our health concerns clearly.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Born and I will never go back. She was cold and insensitive. When I showed her results from another DR she said they were wrong and kept making faces as if she was annoyed. She read the results I gave her and expected me to understand the medical terms. When I asked her to explain she became annoyed again. I asked if I could see an OBGYN and she said I didn’t need to. It was very uncomfortable and I don’t understand why. She was not helpful in any way and I left the office in tears and frustrated because I didn’t get any answers, was treated like an idiot, and had the most unpleasant Doctor visit of all my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.
