Great experience for our 3 girls with Dr. Long.
She’s just the best. We feel like we are part of the family with Dr. Long. Great communication and care for our daughter. Always goes the extra mile, then another mile after that. Expectations always exceeded. Thanks so much Dr. Long!!!!
Kind, prompt, evidenced-based, and more than willing to go the extra-mile to promote and facilitate wellness/preventative medicine!
Dr. Long's office has given good care of my children for a few years now.The reason for my 2 stars is based on their completely unconventional hours for children. They do not have any times for healthy children to see their pediatrician after school. The way their current hours scheme works is that healthy children need to be pulled from school to go get checked for a wellness check, while sick call hours are after school. This goes against any reason for parents and children. This makes it next to impossible for working parents or single parents with jobs to make it.Healthy children should not be pulled from their studies to get checked. Sick children are already getting out of school, and most likely their parents are having to take the day off of work to care for them. Take the hours of school for the sick kids, and the hours after school for the healthy kids.I hope they will address this in the future.
Knowledgeable fun easy going staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
