Dr. Bramlett was nice, but I am getting a bill after I confirmed with the insurance company and the doctor's office, that he was and is in-network with my plan, but now they are not billing insurance with the correct information so insurance is putting towards my out-of-network deductible. they called me at work about my bill and asked me when I was going to pay it. They also hung up in my face when I said they need to get the claim billed correctly to insurance and I don't owe and I am not paying it. I work in insurance all day for the past 30 years, so I know when something is not right. They obviously are not going to do anything except continue to bill me, but I am fighting this with my insurance.

So I was looking for another podiatrist office but called Dr Bramlett's and glad I did. Top-tier service starting at the front desk. From the time I walked in I was made to feel warm and welcomed. That wonderful service carried over to Dr Bramlett himself! Warm, caring, professional, funny...and no he didn't pay me for this rating. The removal of my toenail was quick but efficient and explained the whole way. Went for a follow-up and was met with the same kindness. If I could give 10 stars I would. I feel bonita! Great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter was treated for a sprained foot elsewhere went to Dr. Bramlett for a second opinion and he found a fracture. My daughter healed in no time thanks to his treatment plan. Then I decided to go for a painful callus and infected ingrown toe nail, he was done in no time. It’s healed wonderfully with basically no pain. He is hands down the best Dr. I’ve been treated by here in Tennessee. The office coordinator was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you sincerely!

Everyone at Mid State Podiatry are Wonderful!! From check in to check out it was like family! Dr Bramlett explained the reasons for my foot problem. They are wonderful!

Dr B and his staff were so awesome! I truly enjoyed my experience even though I left with a boot they helped me understand the diagnosis and made me feel better I’d recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Bramlett has a kind and caring personality. He has been very helpful with my plantar fasciitis. His staff is kind and I can get an appointment very easily.

You never know what you're going to get when you're going to a new Dr. But I would like to say, the office staff, nurse and Dr.were absolutely so nice and informative..
