Dr Willoughby is very good, and seems to care about his patients. Also, Rita, his nurse or assistant is very good! My complaint is with scheduling or getting someone to answer the phone. As I am typing this, I need a referral from him for an appointment that I have on Friday abd thought it was already taken care of. I am on hold now for 19:10! It is ridiculous that someone in the building can't answer the telephone. This happens everytime I call. It is very frustrating!! 25:07 now and counting!

If you need someone who will listen to you and actually treat the problem Dr. Willoughby is the guy. I couldn't be any happier to have him take care of me.

Dr Willoughby has treated my mother for ~ 1 year and has been a God send!! He has helped us navigate through a difficult heath crisis and is so caring and kind. I appreciate so much the patience and understanding he shows to my elderly mother and he is now accepting my father as a patient. It gives me a wonderful sense of peace and confidence to know he is caring for these two precious people! Thank you Dr Willoughby and his wonderful staff!
