Murfreesboro Anesthesia Group's Online Review Report Card

Service provided was okay. What wasn’t okay, unbeknownst to me, is being told I owe money to them and then informing me that they are going to send our information to collections. Come to find out, they didn’t even have the correct address on file so I never got the bill, and they didn’t even attempt to make a phone call to me in the meantime, UNTIL they decided they wanted to send it to collections. That is when I finally received a phone call about it. Ridiculous.

I have tried several times to get ahold of this place and no one answers the phone or the call won't go through. I received a bill saying it's being sent to collections but according to my insurance company the bill has been paid.

Nunca me avisaron que iban a enviar mi bill a colección. No sabía que debía dinero, yo tengo mi seguro de salud pensé que el seguro me cubría. Una de las trabajadoras de allí se comunicó a través de email conmigo y le envíe ella copia de mi seguro médico. Nunca me llamo a decirme nada. Me daño todo el crédito.

I have been a patient of Dr Wright and Dr Ladoux for many years. No complaints only positive results. Wonderful doctors.

We paid our bill in full April 16 and on May 3 they charged our account the monthly amount we were paying. If you have to deal with them, make sure you keep a record of everything and double check everything. Their billing department is awful.

If a surgery is ever needed again I will request any other anesthesia group besides this one. What they charge for an hour and a half out-patient surgery is ridiculous and their office manager is rude and condescending. In my opinion the office manager (who does a very poor job representing this group) has NO compassion for people’s financial situations.

The anesthesiologist themselves are great. My score is based on their billing department. I had to have a surgery right as the COVID-19 stuff started. When I got my explanation of benefits from my insurance company, this group had charged for 2 different anesthesiologists....it only took one person to administer the anesthesia. When I receive a bill for my portion. I was the only person left with a job in my household due to the (COVID-19). I called and told the billing lady that we were struggling and I'd send what I could pay it when I was able to. Their response to it was that they were going to send me to a collection agency. My surgery was end of March. I didnt receive the first bill until the first of July. They also would not remove the over 1000 per anesthesiologist charged for 2 anesthesiologists, over 2000.00 (when I only needed one anesthesiologist to put me to sleep) from what they billed my insurance company. My insurance company paid it so in my eyes, they already double billed my insurance company more than 1000, yet are still making me pay the 500 copay and wont allow me a chance to pay them without sending to collections. The billing company for this place is awful.
