I have been blessed to have had the incredible services of Dr Jackson and his staff for several years. He is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor with a genuine love for the Lord and his Patients. I first met Dr Jackson several years ago when I went to the ER with some heart-related issues. He diagnosed the problem and followed up with compassionate, professional care. I have served in the medical field for large part of my life and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jackson and his staff. He has truly blessed and enriched my life. I entrusted trusted my physical heart to his care are have had my spiritual heart enriched as well!

My Husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Jackson for several years now. He and his staff are very caring, take the time to listen to you and have always been courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr Jackson is phenomenal!! He is competant, a good listener skilled in the knowledge of his craft. He reassures you in and makes sure you understand all that is going on. He is kind and gentle, he will pray for you. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. I had wanted God-fearing doctors taking care of me-- he fits that need. In my most dangerous situations, he brought me through. God bless Dr.Jackson

Dr.Jackson is a great doctor and a good man. He has been my doctor for years and has got my AFib and blood pressure under control. I would recommend him over any heart doctor.

I went to dr jackson for the first time and Loved him, he was able to find my SVT immediately and his staff was great. Then the time came where my medicine didn’t work and I needed the ablation I got the run around and the one lady at his office was so rude. (Most of his staff is great I met a great Godly friend there actually) during these 3 weeks I was calling his staff calling the nurses telling them I was on the verge of fainting get like I was dying and needed help, everyday they said someone would call me back yet they didn’t. They said dr jackson was studying for boards and he couldn’t call me. Which was laughable that he wouldn’t call his own patient for 10 mins to touch base and check on them! Or not even a call from the nurse. He was telling me I couldn’t be medicated with other Medicines, and I hate to wait 3+ months for the ablation. He called me back once in 3 weeks and told me to go to the hospital that he would come see me and change my medicine, well I went was admitted and he never showed because he doesn’t even GO TO THAT HOSPITAL!! Called his staff of course they blew me off said he’d call me that’s been a week Ago and I still haven’t heard from me. The other drs at the hospital said he needs to retire he’s a good man but isn’t doing his job like he should. I like him, he prayed with me, but I’m sorry ignoring me for 3 weeks just to study for his boards is ridiculous to me, thankfully I found a new great heart dr who was able to do my ablation in a week from seeing him and also medicated me until them so I can live life. I wasn’t going to leave a review until the last time dr jackson and I talked and he said “well svt isn’t going to kill you” made me so angry because he doesn’t know what it’s like to live with this, my kids quit his job to take care of my kids, my family has to take care of me, and besides me not being able to live the past month it the fact I feel like I’m dying so to be told it won’t kill you is so insensitive. Add that to ignoring me for 3 weeks telling me there’s nothing he can do and to wait it out is ridiculous. A 5 min call to check in and say hey it’s ok let me try you on this medicine or this one, instead I was ignored and was extremely rude too. I’m my own advocate for my health I know when something isn’t right!!! I wouldn’t recommend him for a cardiologist. For a godly friend yes, dr no.

Not very good can't get appointment or refill on medicine unless you got insurance very disappointing

I just want to say Dr Paul Jackson has restored my faith in cardiovascular Dr.’s in Murfreesboro! My PREVIOUS cardiovascular Dr. made it sound like my heart issues were all in my head etc. When my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Jackson, I was hesitant because like I said my previous heart Dr basically said I really didn’t have the heart issues! Dr. Jackson and his staff are so welcoming and Dr. Jackson did all the test needed to verify not only for himself but for me as well it wasn’t that figment of my imagination! I am so great full for Dr. Jackson and his staff for all their care and for being there for everyone during this pandemic as well! Bless you all!!

Dr Jackson is awesome! Very thourogh and caring. Best Dr I've ever been to. Listens and compassionate.

I love this doctor and his staff! Ive never said that about any other dr. I witnessed them help a lady who was ill and scared they got her in immediately WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT! UNHEARD OF AND THEY CAME OUT AND HELPED HER TO A CHAIR OFFERING TO GET HER WATER AND THEY GAVE HER A HUG !!! For me i was seen timely and caring for me as a new patient. Dr Jackson was well informed about issues possibly regarding my blood pressure medication and explained that though I had a stress test that was medication induced that the slow walk stress test would allow him to differentiate between lung issues and heart since i have COPD AND ASTHMA from second hand smoke. They got a heart ultrasound approved in 20 minutes and did the test in the same location and morning! UNHEARD of! I can't say STRONGLY enough that this is a fantastic CHRISTIAN dr. He showed me his logo a lambs head integrated into a picture of a tree. THE LAMB OF GOD...JESUS CHRIST DIED ON A TREE FOR US. I am s CHRISTIAN so this man's beliefs are mine also and did nothing BUT REASSURANCE THAT I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND HE PRAYED FOR ME AND GAVE ME A HUG! YES SIR IM ALMOST 59 YRS OLD AND NEVER HAD A DR HIG ME IM BLESSED AND I KNOW YOU WOULD TOO

Dr Jackson is amazing. I appreciate his bedside manner, knowledge and compassion for his patients.
