I would give a 0 if possible. I made my initial appointment while my brother was in ICU and wrote the date down wrong. After I missed the appointment, I called the office to reschedule and the office personnel told me they could not reschedule me since I missed my initial appointment. They didn't even ask me why. I guess they don't need new patients or care about new patients. That is the way I was treated and it made me feel not important.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cobb’s since he was at Stonecrest and I will admit it has been a while since I have seen him but to get treated as a new patient is ridiculous. The lady on the phone was rude as most of his staff have been the last several years. It seems Dr. Cobb has taken on too many patients and the customer service is severely lacking at this point, I believe I will have to find a new doctor.

Dr. Cobb took the time to listen to my teenager's concerns and offered real solutions. The office is comfortable and the staff is friendly. I'm thrilled to find a doctor for our family who truly values health and relationships.

My first visit was pleasant, Dr. Cobb listened and spent plenty of time in the room to get to know me and listen to my concerns. I think I found my new PCP 😊

Doctor Cobb is a very professional physician. He listens to your concerns and takes a strong approach with informing his patients on correcting their issues and takes action. Would highly recommend him.

We drove over an hour to see this doctor for the first time. They told us to show up early. We showed up 25 minutes early and told us I had to be there 30 minutes early and refused to take care of me. I wish I could give 0 stars.

When I started going to Dr. Cobb, I was looking for a doctor to get to know me and my history being I was as getting older. I used another doctor in their group but found Dr. Cobb fit me and my personality better. I've been going to him so long now that I honestly don't remember how long it's been. I only know he will remain my doctor as long as he can put up with me. :)

Dr. Cobb has always been a wonderful physician. I have personally referred several friends to him and they are all happy as well. I’m not sure where these older negative reviews are coming from because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for care! He’s been taking care of me and my family over 5 years now.
