Premier Radiology Services's Online Review Report Card

My doctor referred me to this location for testing. Someone called me to schedule an appointment. During the conversation the call dropped, probably due to bad weather and my location in a rural area. I have tried for 2 days and multiple times to return the call and nobody answers the phone. If they can't even handle such simple communications, how should I trust them to accomish anything else? I am calling my doctor for a referral elsewhere. Extremely dissapointed.

Absolutely horrified to see that during a pandemic, not only did front desk staff fail to wear masks correctly, one individual who was clearly ill (repeatedly coughing and discussing current health out loud) was eating, clearly not wearing a mask. Failing to mask AND clearly sick is a terrible combination in a healthcare setting.

I just recently went for my mammogram on 8/7/21 and I cannot say enough nice things about how I was treated and my overall experience. First, I was so glad to get to schedule my appointment for Saturday and not have to worry about missing work. That's super nice!When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, I do not recall her name, but she was very pleasant! Next, my mammogram experience was great. Pam the technician who did my mammogram was upbeat/good energy, extremely professional and also changed my experience of mammograms. For the record, Ladies mammograms should not hurt! and Until I had Pam as a Technician I honestly had been traumatized from a past screening and did not even want to go to the appointment, but needless to say, Pam totally changed that experience. Now, I don't sound like a big baby to my friends saying how painful mammograms are because at Premiere Radiology with Pam as your technician, they're not bad at all! Thanks!

I work at a medical office and seriously have never been able to get ahold of anyone. Currently been on the hold for 5 minutes then hung up on twice, then tried another extension and same thing... do they literally have no staff to answer phone calls? Terrible. Will be sending our patients elsewhere. Never have this issue with MMC or CDI or any of the other imaging locations.

Gonna go with 4 stars. The staff were extremely friendly. The service for my xray (walk in) was quick. The technician was friendly and helpful. But the previous comments about the phones are really on target. I called and picked option one for the scheduling. It rang and rang and no one answered. I called back and the same thing. Then I called and hit zero. It was answered by a person at a different location. They were very helpful too, and able to inform me I could walk in. So boo to the phones, but they're nice people and a pleasure to work with once you get there.

I had a MRI done at the Salem Rd. location last week. As I entered the bldg, had my temp taken and told to put on a mask. I said I could not tolerate those for medical reasons, but was told that didn't matter but I could talk to the Premier staff. She offered me an open box to choose a mask, for which I took one ( how many people have had their hands in that box?? Cleanliness?). The desk clerk told me to put it on, and even after I put it on, but took it below my nose when I was sitting in the waiting room, 6 FT AWAY FROM ANYONE ELSE, she very hatefully said I HAD to wear it "correctly". So, I proceed to the back waiting area, where the tech comes out of the MRI machine room, with a mask on, but as usual in almost 100% of businesses, she touched it multiple times, and there was @ a 1" gap around the whole top of the mask. (Not correctly). A patient then comes out of the MRI room, without a mask, proceeds to the changing room without it, and then comes out without the mask on, and proceeds to exit. The tech gave her no mask instructions. When I was called into the MRI room, was told to lay my mask on a chair, of course not knowing if it has been cleaned or not, and incorrectly not asking me to dispose of a now "dirty" mask. During the MRI, I had difficulty laying flat and had to breathe through my mouth only, swallowing frequently to keep from choking. When I asked the tech about this prior, she just said to keep my mouth completely still. NO COMPASSION. When I finished, and stood up the first time, I became very dizzy. The tech did not come to assist, but only called from across the room, "are you ok" and when I said "I think so" she just said put your mask on when you walk out. When I then got up to leave the room, she again said wear your mask until you get outside. Hmm...different instructions for different patients??? Absolutely NO consistency in any infectious disease tenets. Absolutely NO care about people's actual health or human rights, other than the ones "THEY" deem necessary. They were rude and uncaring about MY health concerns.If I had any other place to go, I would not return. BTW ...this mask scenario did not happen 1 month ago with my husband's appt at the other Premier location. (Also, did anyone crawl into the MRI tube and clean it, as my respiratory "droplets" would have been on that surface which is within 6 inches of my face and everyone else's??) No REAL infectious disease tenets in place, so it's hard to believe that is what it is all about.

They never answer there freaking phone. I was call them for hrs, and I receive zero answer from them. And that happens every time that I was trying to contact them. Very disappointed 😡Really lack of professionalism and poor customer services experience.👎

I was told to be at a appt at 7:30. They don't open until 8.

Each staff member I encountered was very kind and worked quickly to get my chest x-ray done. The office is exceptionally clean and very well organized.

Busy holiday very stressful when they state they are not sure how long a wait it. Staff are friendly just appear disorganized. sadly, when I got back to the CT the tech said she was not familiar with the CT machine and she was pretty sure the 'images' would be fuzzy because she did not know the CT machine well.
