Premier Radiology Canceled appointment on the day of scheduled appointment, I reschedule the appointment per their request. Second appointment, no notification of cancelation but a text message to appear. After canceling work for the second time and driving from out of town, only to show up on time to discover that Premier Radiology Canceled the appointment the second time without any prior notification. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I have COPD and went in today November 3rd for CT Scan. I can't lay down on my back and the nurse that did my scan grew very irritated with me. I laid there gasping for air and felt like my bladder was shutting down a long with my lungs. I told the nurse they needed to come up with another way to scan copd patients and bring in stand up machine she then smarted off and said there is no such thing as a stand up machine. I told her I did one at the hospital and she said that was different. That is not the line of work for that nurse and hope I never have to go back to her.

I work in a Family Practice office and they NEVER answer their phones. This is very unprofessional. This is over a timeframe of at least 3 months I have noticed this.

I had to visit Premier Radiology this Tuesday for a workers comp. Injury and the whole process was a complete nightmare until Alicia and Leslie helped me! They single-handedly turned my experience around with their excellent customer service and dedication to ensuring that I, as a patient, was taken well care of. I honestly am still so grateful for their help, I might have lost my mind without these two extremely helpful ladies!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Premier Radiology, they're very attentive, short (reasonable) wait times and very nicestaff and technicians. Honestly, I'm puzzled by this 2.7? rating.
