I love Susan and her team.

I recently visited Skinlogica Spa for a chemical peel on my back, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve struggled with hyperpigmentation from acne scars for a while, and after my treatment, my skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even-toned. Susan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The spa itself is a beautiful, relaxing space that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for effective skincare treatments with real results, this is the place to go.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a facial with Susan at The Cottages, and I'm so glad I did! I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived, upon walking in I wasn't sure where to go so it was a bit confusing at first. However, finding Susan's treatment room was easy enough, and the waiting area was right outside her room in the hallway. Susan herself was an absolute delight! Her calm and kind demeanor instantly made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterward. Susan also went above and beyond by providing personalized recommendations for other services and even referred me to the massage therapist next door. A couple of small notes for those visiting The Cottages for the first time: parking can be a little tricky (look for the dedicated spots across the street!), and it would be helpful to have clearer signage within the salon itself. Overall, I highly recommend Susan for a wonderful and personalized facial experience. I can't wait to go back!

Susan has been amazing! I went to her with my skin in pretty bad shape, and she was diligent and caring in working with me to get it back to a healthier state. She was delightful to talk to, and took the time to recommend products/services. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Susan is a great esthetician, my husband and I had our facials with microdermabrasion performed by her. She did a great job, we can tell the difference in our skin. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She recommended products, treatments and holistic ways to treat our skin. Very kind and caring esthetician. Good location and nice atmosphere. I will recommend her to friends and family and continue the treatment recommended.

I visited Susan for the second time on Saturday to get micro needling done, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. Susan does a wonderful and thorough job, taking the time to ensure her clients are comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients’ needs and delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend her to anyone considering micro needling or other treatments!

Susan is as knowledgeable as she is lovely. I’m older with a myriad of skin issues, dryness being the worst. Susan outlined a plan and introduced me to the Riman skincare line. I saw dramatic improvement quickly. My skin is now hydrated, dewy, more youthful and feeling great.
