Sports Ortho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

This was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed by the staff. They're very professional and friendly. From the time I arrived it showed how kind they were.

My low back pain came on suddenly to where I could barely walk out the door from work. The ortho specialist was able to see me that morning, I was given a very thorough exam. The inflammation in my spine responded well to the steroid pack and I returned to work 2 days later. I have been twice and am very impressed with the providers there. They listen and they care.

Excellence is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the PT staff that work here. They really love what they do, and it shows. Not only are they knowledgeable about what they're doing, they are friendly and welcoming. They take the time to not only get know your injuries but you as a person as well. I loved my experience here. I have to shout out to the orthopedic side as well. When I busted my knee recently, they saw me promptly even though I didn't have an appointment. I have a follow appointment soon and of course I'm scheduled for PT with them again. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! They have done nothing but waste my time. I waited over a month to get in due to them having to reschedule me and push my appt out (I did not reschedule they did) but even after waiting a full month to get in they still scheduled me with the wrong person I was supposed to see the surgeon but was seen by a Nurse practitioner. It was a total waste of my time so then they were going to schedule me with the surgeon the following week and I was going to just go with it maybe they just made one (big) mistake but then week of they call wanting to push me out another 2 weeks!! I will not be back. Also when I checked in I was told I was seeing the surgeon and that was a lie just so she didn’t have to accept her mistake.

Amazing customer service from everyone: Listened to concerns, caring and comprehensive treatment by Melissa Malley, NP! Sara in Physical Therapy was gentle and supportive, encouraging and patient. Could not recommend them any higher than 5 Stars. If you find yourself in need of any orthopedic care - look no further.

I don't understand the bad reviews on this place. I came here summer 2022 to recover from a fractured ankle, and the physical therapy program delivered! Nichole and her staff was so nice and eager to get me back on my feet. They always kept me laughing and helped me enjoy my recovery process EVERY day. 5 out of 5 ⭐️'s for me. Thanks to them, I'm back to football and better than ever.

Front desk service is just blahh…. Need better Customer service @ this location

They do not respond to messages or emails that you leave even after 4 days but doesnt take them long to charge your debit card. I know everyone is short staffed and so is my employer but we return calls and they are open 7-7. I really think if a pt has a billing question or needs to change the due date they should get some kind of communication before you charge their card. Awful customer service and I will never use them again

Not sure why there are negative reviews about this place, they are wonderful! They've been on top of everything and get back to me about any questions ASAP. They have really went above and beyond for me, and I'm thankful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will keep sending you a new bills even after you pay everything odd during the visit. Person at the front desk will lie to just to get rid of you... Interestingly, when I called the number on my bill, my phone showed that number as SUSPECTED SCAM. I belive they're scammers...
