Dr. Pointer listens to you she explain everything and she answers all your questions she doesn't rust you she make you feel comfortable and she work with your schedule and she very nice and she is easy to talk to I thank her for everything she is a great physician

I have NEVER SEEN this Dr at all, but she is treating me for cirrhosis of the liver. And I have been hurting since Tuesday of last week and I contacted her office on Wednesday and they called me Friday and said I needed to go to the er. So I did, and she was to call me at 9:00am Tuesday morning and at 9:45am she calls and tells me I need to go back to the er if I'm still hurting cause I still was very bad. But still no good cause I'm still in the same shape i was last week. I think I'm better off going to Nashville instead of over here in Rutherford.

Dr. Pointer is a wonderful physician! She is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with her patients. She is very thorough and is patient and attentive to any and all questions. I am grateful for her medical services.

Dr Pointer is very good. Her staff not so much. I have left 5 messages over 8 days before getting a call back. That was the first time. This second time I left my first message and did not get a call back. Will try again Monday! This is for an rx refill so its important to get a response. So unprofessional!
