The facility is easy to find. Clean and friendly environment. Staff is knowledgeable. Dr Rich is excellent when it come to listening and answering questions. Dr Rich explained every procedure and made a educated decision on what procedure would be best for me. I am trusting Dr Rich with my care plan.

My bf went to see this doctor n I think the Dr is very nice n understanding n he didn't get much information what was going on with my bf but he told us tht n he is sending him to specialist n find out what causing he pain n swallow of stomach . I give the drs ifficee

Dr Rich is the most outstanding surgeon I have ever had. He has performed at 2 bowel resections, and several hernia repairs. Each time Dr Rich went to great lengths to ensure I understood exactly what was to take place and what the recovery phase would look like. After every surgery Dr. Rich did all inpatient hospital follow ups himself, even weekends. Dr Rich and his staff treat you as if you were a part of their family. Great atmosphere during times of trouble.

Dr. Rich removed a mass at the base of my neck. He did walk me through the entire procedure and carefully explained what he would do in detail. I have a 6" incision that healed very nice, he did a great job with stitching it up internally. He is a great professional surgeon and is about his business. I would highly recommend him! Big shout out to his scheduling nurse Sandra who worked with me all year, thanks for making it happen !
