Dr Ma is the best quality care. She explains in common language. Dr Ma listens well and answers all my questions completely. I left with a better understanding of my disease. She also provided educational material to help me improve my health. The office staff greeted me with a smile and check out was a little longer than expected.
We love our providers here (namely Dr. Patel) but the staff seem to seriously struggle with patient correspondence and submitting paperwork. They frequently do not process paperwork on time, say that they will and never get to it, say that they did and there’s no record of it, or they simply lose their records. It is very frustrating to hear them give the same lame excuses every time. We would have loved to stay here with our preferred doctors but we can’t settle with waiting months for the staff to complete paperwork that should and could be done in days.
My child has been going there for years. They have misdiagnosed by one doctor. Then changed her to another doctor who has point blank said she is not sure what she has. However she wants her to keep getting tests and see her next year! They are horrible!! They have gotten so busy now they are just shuffling people through. They don't have time to treat you but they sure have time to overcharge you! Do not go here!!
Staff has always been kind and personable. Nice office.
nice place, nice people , as a cancer patient I’ve been going there on regular basis for the last 3 years … if you’re worried about viruses , put your mask on , and don’t worry about others
I went to Tennessee oncology to get a second opinion after I had 2 very complicated cancer surgeries. My first team of doctors told me I had a single tumor and I would need a 90 minute surgery and be off work a week. They were over confident and didn't do enough scans to see that my cancer had spread extensively. I was lost and didn't know who to trust when my insurance referred me to Tennessee oncology. Dr Gian took 2 minutes interviewing me to conclude that I had not had the right care and he went into action. He ordered a complete set of scans and tests and helped me find a new team of drs to help manage my now very complicated care. Dr Gian and I are both from Los Angeles. And he has a wonderful faith in God. He went far beyond his specialty and made sure I was cared for in all areas. I wish I had started here and I recommend them very highly!!! I feel safe with them monitoring my ongoing recovery.
I went through radiation and chemotherapy in 2019. I am writing this review as a patient of TN Oncology and as an RN. The care I received by those in the lab was very good. I especially want to comment on Kelly in the lab who made me laugh during a horrible time where there was little to even smile about. All the nurses who administered my chemo were caring and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I don't have one negative thing to say. Dr. McDuffie was my oncologist and I am grateful for the care he gave me.
Staff and Dr. McDuffie are great
Dr. Ma is excellent and the staff are ai kind
everyone there is so friendly with their patients the nurses and the Dr.s and the staff.I would highly recommend them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
