Many years ago, I was working in an office/manufacturing environment which was having an impact on my hearing. A friend recommended Thigpen Hearing Center. I contacted them and met Ms. Patti. Had a thorough hearing test and she recommended that I needed hearing aide s. I was fitted with hearing aides that worked in all of my work conditions. I have always been impressed with the environment at THC. Every one is so courteous, professional, helpful and willing to let their Christian faith show through their work. Have had multiple sets of hearing aides over these years. In 2024, THC was having a promotion asking for letters to recommend someone that needed hearing aides. Well I was at THC for a cleaning very near the final day of the promotion. Shelby cleaned my previous set, which I had for several years. She said "why don't you write a letter? Your old ones are at end of life and you are having problems with them". So I did and my letter was chosen for new, top of the line, hearing aides and 3 years service. It was like a gift from God. Dr Meaghan was fantastic in getting me fitted and setup on the new Oticon hearing aides. Obviously, I highly recommend Ms. Patti and all of her staff at Thigpen Hearing Center. Joe W.

Dr. Meaghan Hanson was absolutely wonderful to work with during this process. She explained each test as we went through them. And was very thorough in explaining the test results. Everyone I spoke with was so kind. Making my appointment, providing Insurance info, and getting a referra! Means a lot to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIGPEN HEARING CENTER

Thigpen Hearing Center is amazing. Today, I saw Meghan Hanson who is one of the Audiologist. Together we discussed my medical history and hearing impairment. Then she thoroughly explained the anatomy of the ear and how hearing loss can affect an individual. Next came an examination of my ears and the hearing exam. All of this was in a very positive environment as she told me about each step prior to the exam . When she had assessed the results, Dr. Hanson explained the hearing aids that are available, I was given a choice of types/models and following the selection of my choosing a follow-up appointment was made. It was easy to schedule the day/time for my next visit. Thank you to everyone with whom I had contact.

Moved here 8 yrs ago and used Thigpen for servicing of existing hearing aids. Recently purchased new state-of-the-art hearing aids and could not be happier. Very professional, great to work with, clear explanations of new technology, all around very nice office staff. Highly recommend. Above and beyond care!
