BEWARE OF THE EVIL HOSPITAL THEY TOOK MY LIFE ON 10/18/24 BETWEEN 12 AND 4 GOD BLESS YOU USA 🇺🇸
My 24 year old autistic son that has. Mind of an 8 year old was transported from Northcrest Hospital to TrustPoint hospital without my permission. I am his mother and conservator. He is not capable of doing his hygiene himself. They wouldn’t help him get his hygiene done. They only let you see them once a week for 30 minutes. You can’t call them in the phone. Nobody even got with me on what was going on with him. I left messages and no response. When I did talk to someone they would not tell me anything. I am very frustrated. This place is dirty and they treat the mentally ill like they are scum of the earth. Please don’t let your loved one go here at all. They just want your insurance money. They put him on a bunch of meds I did not approve. They never discussed them with me. This place needs to be shut down.
We have been receiving bills from this hospital since 2023. We have never been to this hospital. We have called the hospital nearly every month but the number on the invoice is a 3rd party. They cannot help. If you call the hospital, you always get voicemail in the billing department. They never call back. We will not pay this bill, so someone got a free hysterectomy- and it is a HIPAA violation for us to know about this patient’s medical conditions- but we continue to get the bill. If they’re this bad with their accounting I cannot imagine their healthcare. I would not recommend using this facility.
As a former patient, please consider taking your loved one somewhere else if you can afford it. The word hospital should definitely not be in its name!
My mom just spent some time as a patient in the physical rehab portion of trustpoint after an unexpected hospital stay. The nursing staff, cna's and PT/OT/ST folks were so incredibly caring and helpful to Mom and our family. Grace with social work and Candy especially made her stay a great one. We are so thankful for the care and attention given to my sweet mom. Barbara and her family thank you all.
My mother was admitted here, and her time here was an absolute nightmare. She was not able to brush her teeth or shower for the entire 4 days she was there. They also refuse to supply handsoap to patients. They misplaced the personal belongings, which included her glasses. They were not capable of taking care of any of her physical needs despite being told before her admission that they could provide physical therapy. On top of all that we were told that her admission was involuntary, so we called the socialworker and left a message four times and received no response. Only to be told that she had admitted herself which should not have been possible given the strong medications she was placed on. At one point we called during phone hours to speak with her and the nurse said that she would be permitted to call us back since she was not available at that time. They then refused to let her call us back. They also advertise having a pool and outdoor space, and she was not allowed to go outside due her stay. Under no circumstances should you allow your loved ones to go to this facility. They do not know how to properly care for patients of any kind. This is not a mental health hospital it is a prison with a manicure.
If you care about your family member in the slightest, send them somewhere else if at all possible. My wife was brought here for a mental crisis. She arrived on Wednesday with clothes packed for her. She did not receive anything other than paper scrubs until Saturday when she saw someone else walking around wearing the clothes I packed for her. On my first phone call to address the clothes being given to another patient, I was immediately hung up on once I stated my concern. I then called and asked for someone in charge. The charge nurse working informed me "Oh, it was a mix up. We will try to find her things".
My daughter was completely different upon her discharged, we believe she was given higher doses of meds than recommended.
I tried to write my review but it wouldn’t let me post so please see attached screenshots of what I wanted to write. I feel I’m worse after being discharged vs prior to being admitted. I have been left traumatized and anxiety is through the roof. If this post can help one person then it’s worth posting.
Nightmare experience!!! Please do not send your children here. My 11 year old son was attacked by an older patient hours after arrival and put in a second ambulance to go to an ER at another hospital. I was told he was not wearing shoes. He spent 11 days at Trustpoint and came home completely traumatized. The care was SUB PAR. My son came home traumatized and way worse than he was when he went. Staff would not allow him to sleep with his weighted blanket, which helps him regulate himself. They would not let him have his stuffed animals. He was misdiagnosed. When I picked him up, no doctor or nurse was around to talk with me before discharge. As far as I know, he received little medical or psychological attention. No one ever returned my calls to discuss all the issues and questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
